Terrible customer service. I was walking to the door about 2-5 minutes before the store was closing and the person had the audacity to literally lock the door in my face.
I only needed 1 minute to grab food for my dog which ran out earlier.
So sad my lil pup would have to go the night without food.
I will never support this place again

Don’t ever use Vetco. They cancelled my appointment less then 2 hours before and when I called the store to see what happened they just said oh they’re just not coming today so they canceled everyone’s appointments.. like it was no big deal. This service is so unreliable.. I chose them over another travel vet the day before and now I can’t go to that one because they gave me such short notice… unreal. Huge inconvenience. Don’t waste your time.

I've taken my dog to Petco for baths three times so far, once a month, and today was supposed to be the fourth. Unfortunately, I canceled it immediately after witnessing how poorly Marissa treated my dog. She dragged and choked my 20-pound puppy, Peanut, when Peanut didn't want to leave my side.
In the past, I've used Mechelle and Taylor for grooming, and neither of them has ever treated my dog this way. Seeing Marissa handle Peanut so roughly made me extremely upset and worried about what happens in the back room, which has no transparent windows.
Peanut is a sweet, timid puppy and has never been aggressive. The way Marissa dragged and choked her, pulling her forcefully to the back room, was very distressing.
I strongly urge the manager to train Marissa on how to properly treat dogs. This experience was very upsetting, and I hope steps are taken to ensure it doesn't happen to other pets.
I warning other pets owners to make sure no one use Marissa as your helper here! Or just go to Pet Smart for grooming service! At least their windows are transparent!

Amazing grooming!!!
Abbegail did an amazing job with my dog cooper. He looks so cute and fluffy . I used to have so many problems with other locations/groomers where they were just shaving my dog and didn’t care even if he wasn’t matted. I definitely recommend her. I’ll be back soon!!!

everytime i visit the buford petco, they seem to be struggling. never any associates, let alone nice ones, and i often find myself waiting in line longer than me picking out my products. i needed to run in and out quick, and it took me 4 mins to pick out my cat food, and 15 minutes to stand and wait and checkout. in the past, i have needed assistance and could never find an associate in sight. i’ve been told to climb pallets if what i want is so necessary and was piled under things. luckily, i only need to come once a month to experience this. terrible store.

First time here at petco buford, Taylor you did an amazing job, definitely coming back. anyone with grooming needs pls ask for Taylor. she is super talented. also she gave me all different options and some tips and what to expect, super nice. receptionist lady was also very friendly. facility is super clean.
