Horrible service and a waste of time. How was it that I called Thursday asking about the nail trim & grind on Thursday if appts were needed and the lady said the special applies to walk-ins on weekdays between 2-6pm…. Then when Friday comes, they say they can’t service my two dogs as they are fully booked. I drove from a far to get these two serviced. Their options were to bring in tomorrow (Sat) but then I won’t get this special deal… or Monday between 11am-2pm (people have to work you know)
The lady at the desk didn’t bother to try to service in any other way or make any exceptions. I called and ask another location and they were fine taking me in.
I’m not coming to this location (Buford) anymore.

Groomer was not friendly at all and my dogs cut looks god awful. She also stated that he was “difficult to groom” and this is not the norm for him. He was barking bloody murder when he heard my voice when I came to pick him up. Never again.

I recently took my 14-year-old dog to Sammi at PetSmart for a grooming session, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Not only did Sammi handle my senior dog with the utmost care, but she also ensured that he was comfortable and stress-free throughout the entire process.
What impressed me the most was how happy and relaxed my dog was after the grooming. It's not often he comes out of grooming sessions without feeling a bit frazzled, but this time was different, thanks to Sammi's gentle approach.
The icing on the cake was the haircut itself. It was simply perfect! Sammi clearly understands how to tailor her grooming to the needs of older dogs, which shows in her meticulous attention to detail. The cut was not only stylish but also very practical for maintenance.
I highly recommend Sammi to any pet owner who wants a groomer who combines professionalism with a genuine love for animals. We'll definitely be returning!

Well I would give a zero star if they allowed! I normally tip even if the haircut isn't the best but The groomer was not friendly and the haircut she gave my dog was horrible. This was my first time going to the Buford location because it was convenient for my work location! Never again! The winder location gets the cut perfect every time!
I even gave this location a picture for reference but apparently this groomer ( I think they said her name is Diane)that supposedly has a lot of years of experience failed miserably!

Absolute horrible experience with the groomers. I was the first appointment at 8am and when I went back at 10am to ask when they expected my dog to be done they said it would be another 2 hours. When I asked why it would be so long the groomer rudely told me they had other dogs before mine. I just don’t understand how a basic package starting at 8am (the first appointment of the day) takes 4 hours.

If you want to send your pets in trauma then take them to this store, jennifer assistant store
manager needs to get fired asap, she was suoer rude, after keeping my dog for more then 4 hrs, and when inasked her in the phone, without even asking groomer she started making things up such as he must be not cooperating and
all kind of nonsense, i have filled official complaint with petsmart but have not received any calls or followup from upper management, forwarding the same to ga attorney general's office about negligence and not keeping promises on time and keep the pets in small areas where they gets completely uncomfortable and scared. there so many negative reviews that i have ignored for so many times and gave them business, also i have been paying extra money for special handling. if you cant count the proper time on how many dogs you have for grooming then you need to work on time management, you cant keep them for extended amount of time.

Ansley did a great job grooming my 15 year old Yorkie and was very sweet. The best haircut she has ever had, and she smelled amazing! ❤️

This pet store may have the most disgusting fish aquariums I have ever seen. Every aquarium has algae growing in it, with many having dead fish or invasive snails. It's disturbing. I bought fish here just to rescue them. I don't even own an aquarium. Fix this

We get our dog groomed by Ansley at this PetSmart and she is fabulous. The best dog groomer we've ever had she's five stars.
