“Haven’t had any terrible experiences like the horror story’s people are saying in the reviews yet but maybe I’m just lucky or just have bigger problems than writing essays for reviews”

“It functions well just is odd as they don’t have a true counter service, but they come to door once you ring. You will not get a receipt or anything but it works. But I would recommend a different one if you are wanting a receipt or need much service.”

470 Dacula Road, Dacula GA 30019
“I rate the post office itself 5 stars. However, the mail carrier who delivers my mail gets a straight up 0. They just don't do the same job as 10 to 15 years ago. I recommend all people who receive mail in their mail boxes at home to sign up for informed delivery. Informed delivery shows you a picture of each piece of mail for the day.”

“I went there yesterday morning for the first time and will be going to this location moving forward as long as I’m in this area. They were open as soon as they stated online they are open unlike other USPS locations. I was serviced by Alyssa who is very nice and helpful. She made sure that I have enough insurance on the package I shipped and asked if I had any need for stamps or anything else that day. Thank you!”

“I had a great experience with Stony at USPS. He went above and beyond to help me when I was just a few cents short for mailing my letter. Without hesitation, he kindly covered the 10 cents so I could send it out without any delay. It may seem like a small gesture, but it really showed his kindness and dedication to customer service. Stony was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service you hope for. Thank you again!”
