This is the second Queen of Hearts I have been to. I love them! It’s a nice mix of antiques and small business new things. Prices are decent and such a great selection!

My wife and I really enjoy going there and walking through the store where 67 years old. There's a lot of things that remind us of our families. A lot of beautiful old things. They just added a plant booth which had beautiful plants. We have bought a lot of stuff there. We like it a lot

So much to see, great staff, good prices. It is impossible to leave without taking at least 1 treasure home!

Unfortunately my husband and I did not have a good experience. The staff made us feel so uncomfortable. They followed us around the whole store. Every single aisle we went down there was some staff member in our face. There was some staff member in our face. Also Every time i picked up an item, they would ask to take it to the front of the store. I understand being customer service, friendly, and helping out the customers but this was on another level. Typically when browsers are shopping, the staff ask once or twice to help and if you need them, come get them, which allows the customer the space and freedom to shop. I truly felt they thought we were stealing, it actually made me feel so sad that we are living in the times we're living in and get treated this way. I ended up buying my items instead of leaving them because of the way we were treated but my husband doesn't want to give them our business. There are too many antique stores that we go to that respect us and boundaries we have as customers.

One of the best antique stores I have been to in a long time. Beautiful selection of items. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I chose a large piece of furniture to purchase, they carefully wrapped it and loaded it in my car. The store will become one of my frequent stops to look for vintage and antique items.

As far as antique malls go, this is one of the nicest. Not just a show place, you can get fun finds!

The nicest, biggest, and cleanest antique store I’ve ever been in! You could easily get lost in there (in the best way possible) - I had so much luck there which made the experience even better! And everyone that worked there was really sweet too :)

Drove 4.5 hours from Alabama to check out the Queen of Hearts locations in Buford and Alpharetta... while the piece I specifically drove out for was sold prior to my arrival - the stores were immaculate, tons of great vendors and amazing quality products... We'll be making the drive again!

Really interesting place to shop. So many different vendors and so many with some really upscale, high class items (much better than most stores of this type). When we bought a new house I was trying to change the decor in terms of color and so I needed a lot of new decorator items and I found a ton here. The pricing is usually fair and it never feels too crowded. I highly recommend it!

I’m a little torn, because upon discovering Queen of Hearts, I was so excited at the variety of treasures/vintage finds as I’ve never been to a store here in Georgia with such a selection (of really good stuff too). It’s such a charming place and each vendor has their own section that’s themed and it makes browsing super fun - it’s easy to find things you’ll love. However, when I went to the Buford location, I felt so uncomfortable there. I usually don’t complain about these types of things and keep quiet but this was the case at the Alpharetta location as well. The staff they employ here just seem so….. cold? Not in an overtly rude way but like in a snobby, eerie way. Literally I walked in the door and upon seeing an employee I say hi and the first thing they do is go out of their way to frown at me? All while not saying a word and just shuffling by. As I was walking through the aisles I also felt some of the older men just staring at me. It was annoying. They were also in the middle of the aisle and at one point I quickly said excuse me to pass through; and without even acknowledging me they carry on talking like I’m either not even there or I’m unimportant. Also, I feel like they acknowledge white customers more. I have noticed that. That may not be the whole picture, and I don’t like throwing around that accusation all the time, but that is just what I’ve observed from my experience being at both locations a few times, as upon hearing these conversations between employees and customers not once have I been approached, nor other customers who are POC. It’s just disappointing because it’s a nice place, but the demeanor here feels unwelcoming and needs to change. I’ve seen a fair few other reviews like this where POCs felt uncomfortable, but it felt shameful to see some of the responses try to explain it away without apologizing or really considering that person’s experience. Until this changes, I won’t feel comfortable coming back.

They do not honor their word. First I was told they do not contact the vendor for an offer because “their policies changed”. However they could do a 10% off only if I paid cash or check. Well I do not carry either so that didn’t work. She proceeded to tell me she could do a 4% off since I was paying with a CC, so I agreed. When I was done shopping I proceeded to check out but there was a different cashier so I repeated what the first one told me and the new cashier said they were not allowed to take off 4% since the item was $99 and not $100.The item was a 3 panel vanity mirror that is broken and damaged in several parts of the mirror that is the only reason I thought it was a bit overpriced because of the damage.Personally, I will not return to this antique store as others I’ve been to are very nice in offering at least a 10% off on damaged items and also accept offers no matter the method of payment.
