I swear it feels like every single time I come to this Quick trip to either get gas, get a drink, or get something to eat. There’s always this older lady with brown or blondish hair with glasses who’s absolutely rude as hell, I thought Quiktrip employees were supposed to have a great attitude and be happy. Not understanding why every single time I come in there. I get treated or talk to a certain way. Please. God fire her. I like coming to this Quiktrip because the fuel is cheap and it’s close to the house but I guess I’ll drive the extra five minutes and go to the other one on Hamilton Mill i’ve been going to Quiktrip since I was younger, and I’ve always just known their employees to be nice and courteous, but not here

I payed with a 10 dollar bill on a 3.29 order they gave me back 5.70. my daughter worked hard for that money. Didn't even give us a receipt horrible customer service.

This QuikTrip location has experienced a rapid decline in service quality. The condition of the parking lot is unsatisfactory, suggesting a need for thorough cleaning, potentially by a service like Mr Wash It All, On multiple visits, I encountered dysfunctional fuel pumps or pumps operating inefficiently. During my recent visit, there was a noticeable presence of bees around nearly every trash receptacle near the pumps, posing a hazard to customers. Considering its convenient location beside 85N, the deterioration of this facility is concerning and likely to impact my future patronage.

This QuikTrip was only opened a short while ago but it's still just as nice as any other I've been to. Large fuel area with a high roof and a big parking lot, I had no trouble getting the Sprinter van in here. It is right next to the interstate and super convenient.
Inside, a clean men's room. The convenience store is well stocked with snacks and drinks including coolers of sodas and juices, a huge selection of slushie options, roller grill hot dogs with unlimited toppings, lots of sweet and salty snacks and a section of grab-and-go fresh foods. Lots of choices!
I was able to get in, make my purchase with a quick check out and be on my way. A great stop!

No. Whoever the short girl working alone on the midnight shift is, rude to the point of inhumane. Usually QT is a fav because of customer service and attitudes that make the day at least better. I actually said "have a good one to her", and she said nothing back. Kind of a big deal, especially after staring at my metal prosthetic claw hand with like hateful eyes. As if it's not hard enough to go through life that way. People like this even exist?
I will only hit Buford QT after midnight, I even stick around after a long shift to talk to the midnight manager there anyway. He's cool. Unlike the heartless new clerk at Gravel Springs. That's even real?
Never again. I put my card in and thought it swiped and embarrassingly it did not, I said 'my bad'. She was already so rude before that even it didn't matter she didn't say 'it's cool. it happens'. I still said 'have a good night', nothing. I work in the mall of GA area and would have been written up at my job, at least.

Super clean store, all slushies and sodas were ready for my family, and the best customer service. Peter S. was super helpful when he saw my hands were full with snacks and even made my toddler laugh! Will definitely stop by again.

Today 01/29 at 7am, I witnessed as the manager(old guy white hair), in front of everyone, criticized a customer for asking for a bag for 1 slice of pizza and kept saying to other customers that it didn't make sense for him. He thought he was being smart or funny. I just wished he would have done that to me. And I know what he's gonna say if her reads this review "who? Me? I would never".Congrats QT, you hired an idiot as Manager

Don’t normally write reviews, I consider it a waste of time, if I have a bad experience usually it’s because somebody’s having a bad day and I leave it go. QT isn’t pretending anymore, now they’re not even offering large shakes or frozen coffees anymore even though we all know QTs large is actually what used to be a small and now a medium. QT must have forgotten some of us remember when a large means 32oz. not 24 and now 20oz. Except for gas I will not be spending my money in your deli department or the rest of your stores anymore. I have no reason to even enter your store’s unless of course, I need a bathroom.
