Let me tell you, the team at Rack room
Is amazing! Michelle, (hopefully I’m spelling that right) was soooooo helpful to me and my kids! My kids were literally running around and trying to pick out/try on any size…, and Michelle got them to settle down so she could measure their feet, and helped them find the appropriate sizes, considering each brand fits slightly different. She was so patient with my cranky crew, and so personable, I so appreciate her!!! There was another young man that was working with her whom was very kind, patient, and helpful as well, but I can’t remember his name😭. THANK YOU Michelle and Mystery Worker Guy (smile!) yall rock! I’ll definitely be back!

The store was clean and tidy staff was friendly and helpful. I came in to purchase 4 pairs of shoes the store was well organized and clean so being able to get 4 pairs while having two small children was amazing. Jada was super friendly and kind to not only myself but when engaging my super talkative toddler. Michelle is the store manager and she is doing an amazing job across the board definitely my best experience in a shoe store.

I shopped this location today and upon entering was greeted by associates with a warm welcome and a smile. The aisles were free of clutter and we were able to fit our gigantic stroller throughout the store. The store was clean and put together which made shopping for the style and size needed very easy. Within minutes of looking around, the associate Caden came and asked if we needed any help. They had many of the popular styles we were looking for and many sizes offered. The store was so calm and really allowed for a pleasurable shopping experience.

Just wanted to give a proper shout out to Michelle at Rack Room Shoes in Buford! She was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect shoes. Needed a specific pair/size/color, was literally on my way to a friend’s wedding so it was a dire situation, and Michelle went above and beyond to help me out. She even reserved the exact shoe in a few different pairs for me to ensure I got the perfect size. It was really refreshing customer service, and I’ll definitely be back to this RRS location for any future purchases because of such a positive experience. Absolutely love these kicks and love the customer service!! 6 stars out of 5!

Store was very clean and associates were very pleasant and welcoming. I wear a size 14 so normally it’s very hard to find my size in a shoe I’m looking for, this store had plenty of options for me and the manager Michelle was super helpful as well. Good customer service like that is hard to find these days.

This store is one of the most organized and cleanest stores I’ve ever been inside. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable of inventory to assist me with my needs. Michelle is the absolute best! Very welcoming as you enter the store and exemplifies the standards of being a professional. I appreciate Rack Room for always making me feel at home.

This Rackroom is the most cleanest one of all the ones I been too in the area.
The manager is so nice and helped me get the shoes I needed and even gave me preferences to look too.
I will definitely be going to this anytime I need shoes.

Absolutely wonderful store. Employees are always so kind, the store is always clean, and they have really good customer service when it comes to shopping there. I would rate 10 stars if I was able.
