People working there had attitudes. Closed store 2 hours before closing for an hour to "straighten up." Stayed closed for an hour.

My daughter passed out in the store for getting over heated Mikiyah and bre was amazing with helping us. Thanks ladies!!!!! We found some cute clothes as well.

My 16 year old daughter (who surprisingly hates to shop) loves this location of Rue because the customer service is always exceptional. Valentina helped her find a perfume for herself and a friend for their birthday. She was so friendly and fun! She knew all the notes for the fragrances and even told us about the Spanish Heritage month music playing in the background. Thanks to Valentina, my daughter walked out and said “ I love coming here!” which she never says ever.

I only go to Rue21 for their perfume! I use to love their clothes but now it's all half shirts with your stomach exposed and short that don't cover your butt.

I love this store , the employees are always very nice and Greet you as soon as you could possibly walk through the doors . The Aroma of the store is such peaceful. I over love how the manager Marvin assist with any help when it’s hard picking out multiple things that I like he ensures me what would look great together . I love the fragrances that he advertise in store as well . the quality of clothes is awesome !!" The store is alway up to par and neat I highly recommend if anyone is in the district to stop by and shop cause Mr.Marvin has this store on lock .

First off I would like to say.. Rue21 I love this store and when u have everything in order it’s a better shopping experience so I would like to start off with the staff which I think is amazing, the organization of the store and the neatness is the cherry on top(love it), love the support of the ?️? pride table that want added to the layout off the store(love it).. my overall experience with this particular store is amazing can’t say that about all of them but this one is it.. love my shopping experience in this store

Nice store with very polite and helpful staff. I rarely leave reviews but everyone in this store was so pleasant while I was shopping. I also was able to get in and get out without standing in any long lines. So yes this is deserving of 5 stars.

This location has changed tremendously since the last time I shopped with my daughters. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by the Store Manager, I think his name was Marvin. I was advised of all the sales. I couldn’t believe he remembered all of them! I asked, “do you say that everyday?” He responded, “yes! It’s programmed in my brain.” He even gave me a fragrance scent that I didn’t like. However, my daughter felt in love with it. So we got it with some other items. Amazing sale and experience!!! Great staff as well.

Awesome customer service!!! If i could give this store 10 stars i would!The ladies helped me find an outfit for tonight and encouraged me to buy a fragrance which by the way smells great! Will be coming here more! Very grateful!
