This location deserves a zero stars rating. Rude employee at the gas station named Bera. He raised his voice to me in front of other customers. I will not be returning or renewing my membership.

I have been coming here at least twice a month. Today, I want to talk about their churros. I love you too, Costco, but Sam's club has better churro. I grew up near East San Jose, and I used to purchase churros off the streets from the Mexicans, and boy, do I crave it living in the South. This is the closest tasting churro that I could find. If you know an awesome restaurant that makes awesome authentic churros, please DM me. :)

Dustin and Vicki at the pharmacy really is a God send. They went above and beyond to help me tonight. Before going to the store in Buford, Ga. I called at least 12 different pharmacies and no one had it in stock nor gave me option where I could get it from. My daughters medicine wasn't available ( currently on back order everywhere) and they did have a different (mg) available but the Insurance would not pay. But they didn't just send me on my way. Vicki and Dustin called another pharmacy and I was able to get her medicine. Thank you guys. U rockBtw my daughter said thank you also.

It's 6:15 pm and I'm sad to call this location my local Sam Club. I went to the bakery looking for cupcakes. There were none on the floor, so I asked the young lady prepping with a young man assisting if they had any. She bluntly said no, then as I was asking if they had any in the cooler, she cut me off with a more aggressive No! Myself and the customer beside me were like, what was that about? Unwarranted rude and unpleasant customer service a it's purest form.

I'm so impressed! I have both a Costco and Sam memberships. I like Sams Clubs for food normally. They have nice deli food, clothes, appliances, and lots of grocery items for sales. Today when I went in I found out about the scan and go on the app. You can scan the items you purchase as your walking around the store putting items in your basket. Then on the app you put for them ahead of check out. Once you pay you get a QR code you show at the exit door. You skip the lines and go straight to the door. The attendant then checks the QR code and your on the way to home before you know it

I am a Sam's Club fan and have been a member for maybe 20 years. At times I have purchased in bulk because I had two boys at home but now I buy to stock up on household needs. The store in Buford is always nice and clean and I don't think I've ever had an issue with an employee. I always pack my patience and try to shop with a list. Headed out now to pick up a few items.

I've used this Sam's Club multiple times for pick up in the last 6 months. They always have the items I'm searching for and the associates are very nice. They genuinely appear to enjoy what they're doing. On two different occasions I had a pick up order in the rain and they brought it out no problem. I did carry an umbrella for them while they packed the car. I generally order on the Sam's Club app and then they text you when it's ready for pick up at the time slot you select. Mine is usually ready way before my pick up time. Then when you get there, you text them and they bring your order out. The only thing I disliked was trying to find the pick up location. But other than that I have enjoyed visiting there and will encourage others to do so. The prices are generally lower on most items as well which is great.
