Guy that works up front at customer service named GB should not be working customer service. He is super rude. I returned a dog bed with a different employee and he made a comment telling one of the other employees that I was probably returning it cause it got full of fleas. This is not the first time GB has been rude to me, he’s been rude to my mother other times, he even raised his voice at her once. We reported him before and they’ve done nothing as he’s still working at customer sevice.

Store associate in customer service nor managers are knowledgeable about their price adjustment policy. Two managers tried to tell me that their policy is 7 days for adjustments. I almost chuckled and quickly asked for their corporate number. Thankfully I was able to call Sam’s club 855 number and get the refund sent to me via an electronic gift card. Management…do better by your customers!

Store is always clean; employees are friendly. The one thing I don’t like is the pushy salesmen frustrated wait along the main aisle to try and get you to go with AT&T or a home improvement company. They are relentless!

If your reading this review this is another deceptive smoke and mirror show being display by the reputation managment company. This review is over four years old.The purchase a few items. They tell me the membership has expired and did I want to renew. I told them that I do not take care of this account my wife does. I asked for a supervisor. This was a mistake.I found her mid-floor and approached as she had someone with her I believe was an applicant. Instead of handling the situation in an appropriate and professional manner she responds, "What can I do for you?" It got worse.I requested a day pass. She tells me if I don't have a card I'm not a member.When I returned home I had my wife contact the store. As it turns out it was the fault of the store. What happened is when she upgraded to plus they issued a new account number in 2014 without her knowledge. So when it came time to renew in 2015 she declined the upgraded member not knowing the membership had been changed and without issuing a guest card. Evidently the employees receive some type of incentive when members maintain the upgrade. When it came all out this supervisor was totally unapologetic and if she had have done her due diligence she would have discovered the error instead of relying on the word of a line supervisor that had been on the job for a short time. This store does have a high turnover and a few long timers. Nevertheless I think that Costco values it's customers over it's employees egos. Sam's Club, a Walmart upgrade.

Been a member since 1998. Within the last year the management has changed and so has the demeanor of the staff. Some of the employees are aggressive and rude. I have gone to this store for many years and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior until recently. Most of the long timers have worked here for years and carry themselves as dignified human beings. Many have left because of issues with the current management.I have been a Costco member since 1990 and have never encountered such distasteful behavior. The overall rating on the local social media puts this store at a 2.5 rating. Since the pandemic all Sam's care about is about protecting their bottom line. When you call the 800 number the calls are routed overseas, this is called washing down the issue with no resolve. Even the online reputation managers are just a smoke and mirrors show. So don't be surprised if a low level employee tells you to kiss their lower extremities if they don't like how you address them.It's all about the bottom line.

My wife ordered a cookie cake for our granddaughter's 10th birthday. It was ready on time and absolutely delicious. The price was half what our local super market wanted.
