“The person at the counter was very helpful even though we had odd questions while in a hurry. He helped us quickly and was patient when we had to stop to take phone calls. Excellent customer service.”
“Secure storage, easy drive-up access, and fantastic gated protection made my experience flawless. The stellar customer service and clean facility truly deserve five stars!”
“This is a great family owned storage facility that truly lives up to it's name. Buford Superior Self Storage is far superior to it's big name competitors not only because they have rock bottom prices, but because of the genuine friendly service that will make you feel right at home. The other big name competitors, which I will leave unnamed, usually pull the rug right out from under you and up their prices two to three months in, prices that are already high as giraffe ears. Not Buford Superior. They understand that if people need to store items, space and money are already both tight and won't pull that rug from underneath you.
To Steven, Sharon, and their sweet little friendly doggie, thank you for keeping true to your word and for treating people like people, instead of just another number. It's rare in today's age to find people who care, let alone a company that treats you with the respect that Buford Superior Self Storage provided from my first interaction to my last. I look forward to renting from you in the future should the need arise.
P.S, I also never understood why all of the other guys don't offer 24 hour access. It's my stuff and I want to be able to have it when I need it! Thank you again to Buford Superior for once again, showing the other so called big dogs how it's done and allowing me to get to my belongings at any hour, day or night. This is also perfect for any business or tradesman storing tools or equipment needing to get an early start or coming back from a late night job or service call.
Thank you again, Buford Superior Self Storage!
I look forward to renting from you in the future!

“This facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, giving me total peace of mind while storing my RV. The owner is incredibly friendly and made the entire process quick and easy every time we spoke.”
“We had our RV stored at ParcRV Storage & Service in Buford, Georgia, for more than two years. During that entire time, we left it connected to power and never once visited it. Before taking it out of storage, we asked the ParcRV team to inspect the RV and make sure everything was working properly. They found a few minor problems and took care of them for us, which gave us tremendous peace of mind.
A few months later, when we arrived to pick up the RV, we discovered that the key fob battery and the smoke detector battery were both low. Even though we were taking the RV to another state and would no longer be customers, the ParcRV team still treated us with exceptional care.
William immediately came out to help us identify the problems, brought us replacement batteries at no charge, and patiently gave us a helpful refresher on operating the RV since we had not used it in more than two years. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
We had an excellent experience with ParcRV Storage & Service and strongly recommend them for RV storage. The convenience of having minor maintenance and service available at the same location made an already great experience even better. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end, and William was truly awesome.”
“Coming into the facility, I met Brianna, who is the manager and a wonderful professional lady. The facility is super clean, I was very impressed with the attention to detail that I saw with her concerning promoting other businesses and paying out referrals if you simply point people towards their facility for storage. I highly recommend this facility, especially in light of the fact that so many other storage facilities are being built in the area. Check this one first — I feel like you will find a home for your belongings and storage need here!”

“This place was absolutely the best! The staff was so friendly and genuinely willing to help, even after hours. It’s rare to find businesses that go the extra mile like this anymore. I’m really glad we still have a few places like this around — highly recommend!”
“I have been with Sam for not quite a year. Sam has since sold, and the new management seems kind! We are upgrading our camper, and unfortunately they don't have space for the new camper. New manager was explaining their plans to expand and offer more spaces, which he seemed excited about! I didn't mind Sam and didn't have any problems with him, but this new management seems to be able to give the place a nice boost! If they get the upgrades done and offer reasonable prices, I would consider coming back!”
