Receiving lady really is a miserable person. Definitely hates her job, maybe even her life. Been in a door for 2 hours now and they still haven’t started unloading. I have less than 1/3 of a truck. Absolutely the last time I take a load here.

I had a good experience, was in a door right away and unloaded within an hour after check in. I was 20 minutes early for my 1pm appointment.

Worst Sherwin Williams plant I’ve ever delivered to. Woman at receiving seems to hate her job. Arrived at my appointment. Had to leave the property park around the corner to wait for a door.

Delivery only by appointment if u come late . They won't take it. U need to move appointment to night or tomorrow .Good luck driver

Nov 1st 2024. Arrival 20 min early, all unloading process one hour, tight yard but enough to get a dock door. Shipping/receiving office west side near the exit

Cool guys over here arrived at 7pm and talked for hour with the yard guys. Georgia vs Bama and of course we here roll tide from a guys truck...lol
Yard guy says your 🚚 might experience a delay...lol

there was an appt at 9am, was an hour late due to traffic, they said they moved the appt to 11pm, came back at 11pm, they said there was no scheduled appt, they said they would come back at 4am, came back at 4am, they said they would call, now it's 5am waiting for a call, I won't come to this damn company for any amount of money,

I should have read the reviews prior. All other locations have been polite and quick. This location is bad receiving person is rude and does not have respect for drivers. If I could have given them zero stars I would. Stay away from this place.

Bad place ever to pick up a load. Attention Drivers
Don’t waste your time coming to this warehouse to pick a load . 6 to 7 hours to get loaded.

Read reviews and was ready for anything.Arrived at 8.45am for 9am appt. Gates were open no security. Walked to receiving and checked in no issues.Got into a door right away.Disconnected red line, they set the lock.Was out with paperwork at 10am.Thank you!!!!

Easy Place. Arrived at 08:45 for a 9am Appt. Received a door right away. It is 10:15 and I am unloaded. FTL. 4 Stars because entrance is narrow and Shipping/Receiving office is at end of warehouse near exit so you drive down past all docks then have to either back or try a U turn to get to assigned door.
