I came to visit the store just this past weekend. The black girl with the blonde locs had a nasty attitude instead of helping us or acknowledging us she grabbed the broom and dustpan completely ignoring me and my family. If your unhappy with your job its not hard to work somewhere else. I was very disappointed and each female there wasn’t helpful. They also were making comments rudes ones at that luckily i was with my mother.

This was my second(and last) visit to this store. On both visits, it was difficult to get assistance. Everyone working there is one their phone and completely ignores customers.

Was there with my mom yesterday(03/14/23) and she was looking for some size 7 crocs. The young lady working there with black hair was not helpful at all and was just on her phone. Her answers were very vague when a couple questions were asked. The store was pretty unorganized.

Horric experience! This shoe store has a nice variety of shoes at a fair price. Unfortunately the heavyset lady employee had a miserable attitude and there was ZERO organization of the inventory! Empty shoe boxes mixed in with all the inventory! It's sad because someone would have to put more effort into being lazy and destroying this place than to just keep it up and organized... Hopefully things change in the future.

Be careful to look closely at price tags. The "Our Price" is lower than their "Sale Price" tag, but they charge the "Sale Price." The associate seemed very confused why it would be an issue and thought I put the price tag on it. Nope-every box was the same. Refund, please. I'm not interested in supporting deceptive pricing.

Store hours say open till 9:00. Doors open, store full of people, plenty of staff working but told they were closed when entering.

Tried to return a pair of shoes at this location at the mall of Ga. Mall is open until 10. Handmade sign on store door states they close at 7pm. It was 6:45 and the doors were already locked. The man who came to the door was rude as we explained we just drove 45 minutes just to return the shoes and it wasn’t 7:00 yet. We explained that’s all we wanted to do. He said no because it was too much for them to do. I will never shop at this location again. VERY RUDE!! Calling corporate offices.
