The place seems very unsanitary . The employees are irresponsible when contacting a patient about any pending results . Not to mention that they have actual dogs of there own in the clinic . The doctor claim that I had cholesterol. So I checked with A different doctor and they said I was fine . I had to lay for another appointment so they can give me my results . I would never recommend this place to any body. 0 stars !!!

First off they are actually wonderful. It is a smaller less commercial, private practice which I like....they are very kind and try their best to accommodate their patients. Everyone has their days and now different covid regulations & even still they are very compassionate and I have had a great experience with them thus far!

Waited 3 1/2 hours to see the doctor. Doctor was very concerned and told me to get an ultrasound immediately. Could not get ultrasound appointment for 3 weeks. Once ultrasound was done, the results would be sent to the doctor within 24 hours. Never received a call back. 20 days later still have no results after making numerous calls to office asking when the doctor would be calling with results. Finally, contacted imaging center and explained situation. They did not seem surprised, and have arranged to send the results directly to me so that I can take them to another doctor. Would never go back there again even if it was free.

Been calling the phone for 2 days and no ones answer , clinic is close on Monday at 10am when they suppose to open at 9, I guess it’s not their fault it’s actually mines for going to such a clinic they need a better managing really bad

Very slow
Nobody answers the phone during business hours
Does not send orders over to important places for you to get an appointment on time
And doesn't prescribe medications that's needed!!!!!

I had a doctors appointment at 11:30 am at this place. I didn’t get seen till late that afternoon at 4pm. You can’t say a doctor is that far behind. When on that day there were only 3 patients I hadn’t eaten. If sills didn’t stand around talking to her staff instead of tending to patients she would get stuff wrong. And what kind of doctor tells you’ve have a sinus infection for 3 months but because you didn’t ask I didn’t give you anything for it. That’s not my job to ask. Sills needs to let her patients speak. Not speak over them and put them down. I don’t go to a doctor to have there opinion without my consent. She has no reason to say stuff and act like she’s queen bee. She’s not even a true doctor I’ve been told. She doesn’t have the ability to do most of the stuff she says she can do. Did you know one time they forget someone in there office who had a appointment. And everyone left and thus person had to go out the door after closing. And was never seen because they were forgotten about. If you want to spend 7-12 hours waiting for a doctor be my guest. I’ve never been seen at this place under 5 hours of waiting

Unethical withholding of medical records as they never called to inform me of abnormal blood work results. Only after I complained 3x times that no one had called me with any information did they then tell me I had abnormal results and I had to pay for a doctors visit to find out what was at issue. Will be contacting a personal injury attorney and my health care advocate at Kaiser.

Everyone that works at the office is pretty nice and the doctor seems to really want to help; my only complaint is the wait time. I’ve been going here for over 5 months now and at first i would be seen in a timely manner, but lately it has literally taken an hour+ before I see the doctor. Today for instance I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment at 11:30 and I was not seen by the doctor till 12:40 and didn’t leave the office till almost 1. This can be extremely problematic. If there are too many patients to be seen and anyone is left waiting for an hour would it not be more beneficial to schedule the appointment at a later day? I understand that in order to be thorough the doctor likes to be attentive to each individual but It is making me consider switching doctors at this point when I am left waiting in a cold empty room for an hour wondering if I’ve been forgotten about.

The doctor is the best but the staff is the worst ever 3 weeks waiting for a insurance referrals and lady there is rude and lied to me that the insurance referrals are done I call drs to schedule an appointment and nothing is done is so frustrating 😠😠

I have never had an experience where I've had to wait as long as I have to at this office. All I was waiting for was a consult and I waited for over 2 hours. Not to mention the first time I came in I was here for 3 hours, the doctor waltzed in 2 hours late with her 3 dogs and no shoes on. I will never go back.

The Doctor herself is very thorough. She knows her stuff and will be sure to test you for everything. She is very knowledgeable and does care about you as a patient. But her staff is rude and unprofessional. It is hard to get in touch with the front desk. They put me on hold and hung up on me. The scheduling lady acts as though she is deaf. She also yelled at me. When I went to the bathroom, the pee smell was overpowering. There was a pee pan in the trash can next to the toilet. sigh! I really like the doctor but the environment of the office is just unbearable. The doctor gets 5 stars but her office is a negative.
I visited a second time because I had not changed my doctor yet and I had to see her. When I tell you, the receptionist cursed someone out on the phone, she yelled all through the office about a heading on a letter, the doctor will order food while seeing you, I asked for a copy of my records and its been two weeks and I have not received them. SMH. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! The staff she has is UNPROFESSIONAL!
