Made a appointment for 1:00, and it is 1:30 and I'm still waiting. There are 2 employees which neither one even acknowledged me. I walked in and neither employee spoke to me, and I went to the back waiting room and still no employee spoke to me. Very unprofessional and rude! I have been here before when it was EyeLab and had a better experience. I will take my business elsewhere and I will be telling all my family and friends not to come here!

This place is a scam. They will fail to tell you that they are not in network with your insurance, continue with an eye exam, picking out frames and contacts, give you an “out of pocket” expense discount. Then when questioned about it, LIE and say that’s what insurance is covering. Just to find out, they never even made the claims to my insurance for coverage. Then they refuse a refund because the order is already made. Locked me into over $450 of expenses when my insurance would have covered over 95% of it!!! Thugs, ghetto and ready to just take your money. Go elsewhere.

Worst place to get your exam , the "Doctor" are somewhere in India , and the prescription is wrong none of my 5 family members can see anything with the prescription they gave us, and then when you ask for a solution or a refund for something they did it wrong they just laughed at your face and said your loss. Including the manager James

I went there because of the good review. But my experience was bad.Yesterday I stopped by and made appointment for eye exam and lens( he told me the original one was around $100)I got there 10:00am today , and they opened the door around 10:15am.The young gentleman (I believe he is a salesperson) checked me in and give me some tests like eye pressure …. Really unprofessional and inpatient! I feel like he doesn’t even care ! Those tests should be done by professionals!Then he sent me in the room for the telehealth eye exam during which I communicated with the doctor by video chat. The whole process didn’t go through very well .After that, The young salesman gave me an estimate said that my lens should be $185–265 without any further information.I questioned them about my exam results and the manger explained that all the results number is from me. After paying the exam fee, I left.I went to Costco got another eye exam in person. And the doctor told me the numbers from eyelab was a little higher! And I only paid $120 in Costco for my lens.

My Eyelab in Buford is awesome! Ive come here for 2 years now and they're helpful during the entire process. I have a high prescription and they are the only place where i can get the highest index for glasses! Dionna was the associate that helped me today and was soo helpful and made the process easy will be back again in a year.

Unfortunately I ran into a situation where I had to dispose of one of my last contact lens today. I decided to go to my eyelab in order to have an exam and get new ones. The Dr's had what looked to be a few exams left and they couldn't squeeze me in, but Deonna went out of her way to ensure I had a trial pair until I could get my exam as I was going with vision in only one eye. She literally saved my life! Thanks for such great customer service and I will never go anywhere else to get what I need in the future!

I recently relocated from Michigan to GA .I chose eyelab it was the best decision. The office was pristine the staff professional and personable . kudos to Office manager Dionna and staff , a customer’s dream.. patient and knowledgeable of their profession . Prices are affordable a variety of fames to choose from. Overall a good experience

I have been coming to this location for past several years and it's always a different set of employees & management.Typically that doesn't matter but every time there is an error with the order, the sales person seems to always blame another newer employee, changing of manufacturers, computer glitch, etc.. as if that is what is taught to say everytime a mistake is made.After waiting several weeks for an order of contacts to come in that was placed in June...I went back to store in late July and was told by a different sales person that they still didn't have the order delivered to them but would comp another 6 months supply for my troubles if I didn't request a refund. I took the bait and left the store again.Today, August 14th, I went to the store again and a new set of well dressed salesmen gave me a totally different order than I paid for and tried explaining that it was what the doctor prescribed for me...and to further add to the frustration, No additional 6 months of contacts were ever ordered because the nicely dressed sales person said the commonly used phrase of "the other salesperson who told you that was new and shouldn't have done that".To avoid any conflict, I just walked out but shame on me for listening and trusting that My Eyelab would actually provide good customer service and give the consumer what he actually paid for and not a monthly supply for one eye and a biweekly for the other eye.For the record, I have never had any problems with the eye exam itself. It's affordable and does the job but I would advise any consumer getting an exam to explore any of the hundred other options before purchasing contacts this store.

Our first time at EyeLab. We went to do my brother’s eye exam & buy glasses. Dionna was amazing!! She gaves us options about different promotions. She was patient & had great customer service! Also, She speaks Spanish & English. We recommend her!!
