I have came to this location to make a print for thank you cards and some booklets. I have got assisted by Veronica and Meison and I am beyond satisfied with how professional and courteous their assistance was. They were so patient with me even though I kept on changing the orders and number of prints multiple times. In short if I am coming back to the store it is only because of the customer service like theirs. Thank you so much Veronica and Meison for your patience and assistance because it was way more than I expected and for that I say ? to the both of you.

I requested same-day printing, but was informed by an employee named Nay that my request could not be fulfilled because another employee had deleted my files. This was their mistake, and it should have been rectified so that my items could still be printed as promised. Additionally, when I got home, I noticed that Nay had printed 30 more pages than what I had requested, leading to me paying more for copies without realizing it until later. The experience was chaotic, and I ended up having to buy a printer at Walmart that same night to make up for what the Staples' staff could not do. Please
To make matters worse, Nay had the audacity to tell me "Next time don't send duplicate files". I did not send duplicate files ever. That was clearly an error in their system. Furthermore, please see how uneven the cut is on this print work I received from them. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be using their services again.

Do yourself a favor and do not print from here. Going to UPS can save you 10 steps, better customer service, and they accept all forms of payment. Waste of my time
