CF with no coffee? Come on, guys, it was ordered online from Flower Branch, and I had to wait another 8 minutes after getting here while the drive-through window just flowed 5 times faster only to get in the car and the wife ask me why I got a CF with just milk and cream.Needless to say, I'm not sure what to think of that. I blame myself for walking out with it, but then again, I wasn't 100% sure what she ordered even though it looked weird.This location really needs some happy faces and service updates. Or people just gonna spend their money across the street and spend less doing so.

Internet here is so bad. Don't stop here if you need Internet for any reason. Pro tip for those looking to sit down and do some work. The McDonald's across the street has fantastic internet.If you prefer Starbucks coffee and need to do some work, just put your coffee in a McDonald's cup. Internet there is about 10,000 times faster than this Starbucks

Decent service, unfortunately they are using daily up modem from 1995, good luck checking your email, you will probably finish your coffee before the first email is

Everytime they are backed up they rush and get my order wrong. This time my order wasn't completely correct since they were backed up and they handed le my drink without the lid being on securely. My drink almost wasted on myself and the inside of my car. I'm not happy at all.

Danielle showed great customer service, super friendly, and very helpful especially when they were out of one particular item that I come here for, highly recommend this place 10/10

I work next door and placed order on line because thought it would be helpful to give them more time before I get there. However was notified rudely by the guy to not do that. Which I’m like I have you a head start versed ordering at window how is that a problem I did it to help them. 8:55am Jan 29th the guy in drive through needs to be explained to that if I waited and ordered in drive through it is less notice.

Used to buy a flat white here every morning. Then they started putting 3 shots instead of 4 in the venti iced flat whites. I called the manager out on this and they continue to do this. This location will rip you off on the amount of espresso shots in your drink. I stopped going here and will never give this location my business again.

I came in on NYE right before the lobby was supposed to close (unintentionally, the app gave me the wrong closing time) and my barista was SO SWEET! She got my large order taken care of quickly & correctly & I was so thankful because I felt bad that I was interrupting their closing. The three baristas that were manning the entire shop were doing their best to handle the drive-through line, cleanup, and the last customers inside. One of those customers had no appreciation for the fact that it was closing time on a holiday and decided to give their unkind “two cents” on the way out the door - which was just so unnecessary. They’re working really hard and berating them is so uncalled for. Thank you baristas for your great service!!

Honestly, the worst Starbucks I've ever been to and I used to work at Starbucks. That's probably why I'm being so harsh. There is never NOT a line wrapped around the building and no, it's not because they are popular, it's because they don't know how to run the Starbucks efficiently. I've been stuck in the drive thru for up to 20 minutes before even getting up to order a drink. I've also waited inside for over 20 minutes after ordering a drink on the app while they kept walking by me, never asking what I needed, one person making drinks and two people cleaning. And the worst part is that when you express frustration, they are rude to you. It's disappointing. I avoid this Starbucks at all costs.

TL;DR: Service is nonexistent, wait times are astronomical, no apologies when things are messed up. If your craving Starbucks and must use this store, 1st of all go through the drive through and 2nd, good luck.We visited this location on a Saturday morning around 9:15 way to some weekend fun in Clayton with our two friends and our 3 kids. Drive Thru was wrapped around the building, so our friend decided to go in and get their order and we followed suit. I personally stayed in the car with my kids. Having been to several Starbucks, my expectation is that they have a dedicated team for drive thru and one for inside. At this location, they seem to hire a different level of employee for the inside as they do for the drive thru. I watched them go through at least two complete wrap arounds of an estimated 25-30 cars in the drive thru as my wife and my friends wife sat inside still waited inside for their order. We didn’t leave this location until around 10:30 am, delaying many of our days plansThey were more than patient, waiting until 10-15 minutes after their order to start inquiring what was taking so long. When they did finally inquire as to the status of their order, they got two separate answers. One: Oh yeah it’s coming… let me check on it for you. In which the employee would go towards the back and then return without said update and go about their business. The second and more insulting: “Oh we said your name once before your order was ready to check if you were still here and when we didn’t hear a response we skipped your order.” Ha, the hilarious thing was both my wife and our friend heard one of them say her name under his breath without a drink in his hand or being at the delivery area. They had no answer for why her drink order(placed right before my wife’s) was not ready. But they could sure get the mobile order of the person who took my parking place when I left for a less chaotic spot in 5 minutes.There was no apology, just excuses. They got their food items long before drinks, which there is no reason to have the discrepancy. The type of food at Starbucks HAS to be warm. Otherwise it tastes like the frozen food it is. So since we waited for our drinks to eat the food once we all got back to the car, they were stone cold. To add to the debacle, all 4 drinks had something wrong with them. They weren’t awful, but when I wait an hour and half for a quick coffee, it’s never going to taste that good. This is never gonna be worth that much of a wait.I work in Automotive ‘Retail’ and realize that mistakes can be made, but this was an ABSOLUTE lack of caring and organization that I would guess started with management. No apology for mistakes, no “thank you for patience” no sense of urgency. All we got was placing blame on others and an “oh well attitude.” This wasn’t the response of some honest hard workers who made a mistake…. It was that of a group of workers who should never work retail again.I highly recommend everyone avoid this location until corporate comes in and either shuts it down or retrains the entire staff on service experience, urgency, and organization.

Waiting over 45 minutes for two coffees. Sat and watched them make drive thru after drive thru order and completely ignore the in store customers. Asked three times before they finally made the drink and it wasn’t even correct. Very upset at the experience. Didn’t have time for them to remake it so I just left. Ridiculous.
