Great location! Both ladies at this location were outstanding, however Ashley is who assisted me with my entire purchase. Ashley is a sweetheart and I truly enjoyed her expertise today! I was also greeted by another young lady whom name I didn’t get, but she as well was extremely courteous and kind. Amazing staff!

I went to this store to get a present for my sister for Christmas, one of the girls was nice and was showing my brother and I some pieces of jewelry. We went to walk on the other side of the store to make sure we weren’t missing something better than what we had chosen, my brother was taking a close look to one ring and was pointing it at me and suddenly this other girl at the store was yelling at us for trying to touch something, and yelling about how people always, according to her, goes there and breaks everything, so we were not supposed to be that close. Then she tried to take over the girl that was originally taking care of us so couldn’t help us anymore. I told her I didn’t want to help me and that I’d rather the first person to help me out to be able to check out and she didn’t let her. She was the rudest person I have ever met. She shouldn’t be providing costumer service at all. I had to walk out of the store. Never coming back to that location.

This store is fishy, They tried not to refund money for my exchange. The worest experience i had with this store.
She dont want to refund my money for the exchange item. And she was not able to explain what happen to my returned item money. And when i get upset and asking about my returned money she said she might need to call secuirity and threthend me. Finally it was a mistake by their staff when they are processesing the exchange and said she will return for this time as if she is doing me a favour.

From my childhood to adulthood, I have witnessed the blossoming of this mall, a staple in my journey of growing up. It has consistently been my preferred destination for clothing shopping throughout various phases of my life. While the foot traffic has diminished somewhat in the post-Covid era, the mall still experiences bursts of activity, especially during specific holidays.Despite the shifts in crowd dynamics, both the theater and food court remain vibrant hubs, with numerous longstanding stores continuing to thrive. Unfortunately, it seems a bit more challenging to find approachable and available staff compared to the pre-Covid days.This mall holds a special place in my heart, fostering joy and happiness within the Gwinnett community and beyond. With its expansive layout featuring multiple floors, it maintains a clean and accessible environment equipped with numerous restrooms and dining options. I highly recommend granting it a visit, not only to enjoy what it has to offer but also to contribute to its sustained vitality.

Very neat and clean organize store. They employees and stuff are very helpful. Specially Wajiha she is the best. She picked out really nice jewelry for my son’s upcoming wedding and she was very helpful. I would recommend to go to the store.

First time here! I came during the week day and I really enjoyed the vibes. I was even dressed like I was a cast member on the Real House Wives! Definitely will be back to do more shopping here!

This is not my first time to buy something, however, this time was a very bad experience. I ordered two items both of them should have been ready for pickup. I went to pick them up. The store manager, Alicia, in mall of GA gave me an attitude and said only one item is ready. When I showed her that both items should be ready she went back and said yes there. Giving me an attitude that I don’t know what she’s saying. And kept saying do you understand what I’m saying, however, I’m the one who told her that the items are ready when she didn’t even bother to check.

Mall of Georgia was once the hottest mall in the state of Georgia, being the biggest mall, attracting tourists from all over the southeast. Fast forward a few decades later, that is no longer the case. With mall culture dying out just in general and high-end stores being more present in malls like Lenox & Perimeter, Mall of Georgia has become more of a local mall.I remember in middle & high school, I thought MOG was such a bougie mall and it was the mall to go to only to find out that all the stores that are there now are things only high schoolers would wear. It's really sad how the mall has become and it's sad seeing my childhood dying out more and more.It's still better than some other malls that have died out immensely, like North Point or Sugarloaf Mills, but MOG and malls just in general seriously need a facelift or a major revolution to get this mall culture back on track. I hope they are able to get it together, but what was supposed to be Christmas shopping on my most recent experience turned out to be just a lackluster walk around the mall.

Do not go and see this Santa. First the staff was super rude! I have two kids and since they were little we have been getting our pics with Santa there, well this will be the last year we do it there. The Santa was not up for the part, he was very very skinny. The staff was so rude, the pictures were horrible, and they were soooo expensive. We are actually going to retake our pics with Santa somewhere else. What a disappointment.

Two Bath and Body Works, Two Auntie Annie Pretzels, Two Sephora's and Two American Cookie Company........need I say more? -lol I am a fan, every since I discovered this mall no one can seem to get me to go anywhere else to shop! The H&M is always together, Dillards has my MAC, the jewelry stores are the best and they have a really good Pandora . The food court is somewhat lacking in my opinion, seems like they have a lot of the same types of restaurants ( teriyaki chicken, bourbon chicken ).... Bring on the hotdog factory or a authentic taco stand-Ijs This place is beautiful, love the carousal, the new floors and the outside area near the food court. If you are in the area, you should definitely check it out.
