I have been with Sam for not quite a year. Sam has since sold, and the new management seems kind! We are upgrading our camper, and unfortunately they don't have space for the new camper. New manager was explaining their plans to expand and offer more spaces, which he seemed excited about! I didn't mind Sam and didn't have any problems with him, but this new management seems to be able to give the place a nice boost! If they get the upgrades done and offer reasonable prices, I would consider coming back!

I do not recommend working with Sam Anthony. After my trailer was damaged, he charged me extra and wouldn’t let me pick up my trailer until I paid him more than we had agreed upon. Also he removed the block so I was unable to attach to my truck. I had to wait on him to lift it with his bobcat. I over paid and got horrible service, I recommend finding somewhere else.

BEWARE BEWARE OF SAM ANTHONY I paid this shyster for 6 months of covered boat storage mostly to protect my 6k brand new trailer, and the 30k boat from the weather.....and it has done nothing but rain this year...but after only 4 months, he calls me and tells me he has to move it to accommodate a better customer I suppose, and I say sure as long as its covered for another month or so before boating season starts . He says of course it will..and I believed him because he seemed like a real nice guy who would protect my investment.Well a couple months later I happily go to fetch my boat and put it in the water but when i pull up my once shiny boat and trailer was sitting in an open yard full of water, and oxidized rusted chain and bolts on my brand new trailer.....F@#$ing UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Im real pissed but he offers to shine it up and refund me a month, which was a lie to just get me off his lot. Days later on the phone he tries to make it like its my fault that he had to damage my property, and took back the measly month refund he offered. This guy really lacks integrity I could of parked it in my yard for 6 months for free, instead of paying him 8-900 hundred dollars to protect it... I almost let it go, until this j*** starts texting me after 2 months threatening me for posting his lack of integrity on facebook.. So now I want to save as many as possible from getting screwed by this J*****
