No, this store is ridiculous. What should have cost me around $150-$200 to ship four packages they tried charging me almost $900 for shipping. I do not recommend going here shop around before you make any kind of commitments and pay outrageous prices. I’m and furious

The way these people treat you is terrible. They work with customer service. They should be kind and help you. These people even made me spend more on shipping. However, I will continue to visit them, and every time something like this happens, I will continue to post a comment about it. It's the store closest to my house, and I have no reason to go to another one. Either learn to be kind, or you'll keep receiving bad reviews. If you're reading this and it happened to you the same way I did, do the same. That way, we'll fix this in stores.

The owner of this location is very greedy and they will charge you three dollars for even the tiniest piece of tape. I have never had to pay for tape at UPS before.

I called the store to ask for the price for a mail box service and the guy on the phone wanted me to go to the store first and wouldn’t not provide me a quote over the phone. After reviewing the comments about this UPS store …. No thanks….

This UPS store is a ripoff they charge $7.00 per page to notarize. Never heard of such a thing! Stay clear, seems like a money grab on all fronts.

This UPS store has always has the most weird excuses packages from Amazon. Amazon clearly mentions that we could take the packages to this UPS store when there is no box or no label required. The people working at this store tells you that they have no way of taking Amazon returns without a box and the label even when Amazon says no box or label is required.
This store I’ll also has issues allowing people to hold UPS packages. The UPS website itself mentions this store as an alternate pick up location for the packages. The owner here tells everyone that they must have a mailbox at this location for package hold and pickup which is a complete lie (see attached screenshot from UPS official site).
Save yourself the hassle and go to the nearby UPS store at 2700 Braselton Hwy. They have no issues like this at all and will treat you much better.

These folks were AWESOME! It looks as though a competitor is trying to hurt their business with fake reviews. I recently moved to the area. I am a frequent customer of pack n ships. I use UPS/USPS, notaries, color printing, laminating, etc. All of these services were performed efficiently and effectively. They welcomed me, introduced themselves, and did nothing but kindly handle my needs. 5 stars. Say hi to Jessie when you go!!!!

They charge $3.29 to print one label. Well it is .29 cents for the label and $3 to use their computer and printer and then the label charge. Amazon ships you a label for $1.
But if you have an Amazon return that doesn’t need packing, they are convenient.

This location charges $3 just to tape your package close with a strip of tape. The other ups location less than 2 miles away does not and the staff is a lot more friendlier

I came to The UPS Store to drop off two return boxes. I brought one very large box and one very small one. I placed the large box on the scale, and they scanned that package. Then they scanned the second package but used the weight from the large box. I think this was very poorly handled.

I’m not sure if this UPS store follows a different pickup schedule, but I’ve noticed that packages sent from this location are consistently delayed compared to other nearby locations. There’s often a 2-3 day difference from the time the package is initially scanned, which is frustrating.
