I do not recommend this gym at all. They refused to let me cancel my gym membership after I asked multiple times, and continuously charged my account after letting them know that I wanted to cancel my membership since I was moving out of state. They refused to send me any paperwork via email to sign to release me from the membership, and then charged me for the next year and 10 months. Then they sent me to collections because I refused to pay the amount, considering I was not utilizing the gym as I was not living in GA anymore. They literally do not care, are not friendly, and were always in a rush to get off the phone anytime I called to get this matter resolved. It always seems like they're "too busy" or just don't even want to hear it. Ridiculous. I would not recommend to anyone. Save your time and your money, and go somewhere else. It has been an absolute headache to deal with the staff.

Unfortunately there is nothing good I can say about this gym or my experience. Even before the pandemic the club had inadequate wipes to keep the equipment clean. Apparently they assume you are signing a lifetime contract because even after dropping out, in writing, it is a battle to get them to stop charging for your membership. I finally had to get the credit card company to stop any payments.

I cancelled my account back in January and I have been getting charged every month since. I called their costumer service and they tell me that the gym never submitted my cancellation.

Worst gym ever! It smells! It's always dirty and unorganized. The music always sucks! Don't waste your money! They were recently bought out by Georgia Fitness and they jacked the price up 5x without notice my bank account was debited $50 apposed to my normal payment of $10. Tried to call to complain but their mailbox is full and won't accept any more messages. I never authorized Georgia Fitness permission to go in my bank account. Especially for $50/month for a stinky dirty gym where 90% of the members do not speak English!!

I am so frustrated with this gym. They over charged me a monthly fee and a yearly fee after I fulfilled my 30 day cancellation. I have been told numerous times that I would be reimbursed but 4 months later I am still waiting. I have been in contact with Albert Nieto and Alejandra Maldonado who both said they would resolve this issue. They have done nothing but feed me lies.

NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE! I have been calling and going in to cancel membership due to me moving and every time i call they do not have a manager and say he will be here tomorrow and i give a call and hes never there! He told me i had to pay for the month of April, i told him that was ridiculous because i have been trying to cancel since February, so he said me and my spouse have to pay 80$ to cancel so i said that is fine, i check my account and he charged me 100$. I keep calling to ask why did he charge that amount and they say hes not here! Never seen a business so unprofessional.

This has to be the worst gym I've ever belonged to. Where do I begin? The equipment is worn out and broken machines take MONTHS to get repaired. The sauna has been broken for weeks and they actually posted a sign blaming their customers for breaking it. A few weeks ago I heard one of their personal trainers complaining to a customer about the fact that they weren't getting paid. Clearly they have money issues, as the cable wasn't working this weekend and the tv screens all had a message stating the bill needed to be paid. They used to have nice people at the front desk and now you're lucky to be greeted when you walk through the (broken) doors. I would never leave my children with their babysitting service, but the other day I was working out at 9am and there a couple mothers standing around with young children waiting as apparently the person working in child care decided not to show up. My guess is they didn't get a paycheck and decided to stay home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM!!!

Exercise bik for over a month. Now chest machine cable broke. A week on that one. Then the broken sauna that they blame on customer. So looks like they are not fixing. Time for new management or a new gym Sunday 1-7-18, no manager , no music , everything listed above still not fixed. To many good gyms around. When friends leave we leave I guess

When I first started bodyplex it was awesome. Now I feel like its way too small... The only thing that is a plus is that the suana is bigger. Let's start with the treadmills they are way too close together.... I understand that the move is recent but I do not like being so close to where people are in my personal bubble. The bathrooms.... There needs to be a sign on the door in the ladies room.... People get confused on where it is... We need trash cans in the restroom also..
