Why can’t you leave 0 stars? Horrible customer service. Called because I found someone’s wallet that had a receipt of theirs in it hoping I could get it back to them. They hung up on me. I called back, they saw my number and picked up and immediately hung up. I’m trying to be nice and get someone’s lost wallet back to them and they hang up on you. Good job guys, good job.

I like this location. The one I go to is across the street from my house and they barely have anything, very organized not overly junky like most beauty supply stores.

Great customer service! I found everything I needed at once and I was let tried the viral Yara perfume on Tik tok and fell inlove and came home with a new perfume !

Really bad experience with the extensions I purchased for $125 never been used and still have the receipt. And they wouldn’t let me AT LEAST GET STORE CREDIT BACK!

Bought 2 12 inch human hair package and an 8 inch package from this Buford store. The 12 inch was $59.99 and 8 inch $39.99. Because I purchased 3 packs the woman said she would give me a 10% discount. I did not request it. What she did is that she increased the price to $69.99 and then applied a 10% discount bringing the actual price to $59.99. You cannot trust these people. They worship money. Be careful if you’re to buy from them. Check all your receipts before you leave. Sally’s is respectful and will not over charge.

They wouldn’t let my 8 month pregnant sister use the restroom and we had a cart full of items for purchase. The lady said no & walked away. I left the items right there and went to another beauty supply store. Customer service is non existent, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

DO NOT come to this store unless you want to waste your money!!! I wanted to put an item back right after I had finished paying because I remembered then that I already had it at home and I was told by the cashier that they do not give refunds. I couldn’t return the item I no longer needed because they wouldn’t give me my money back ? Worst store I have been to.

I was shopping here with my sister 7 months pregnant. I was walking to the bathroom and I was almost inside and she told me sorry no public restroom. I get it but if you can’t have compassion you will not get my money don’t shop here.
