Trademark Contractors did a fantastic job in remodeling our bathroom. Their price beat all other contractors and all work was completed to our total satisfaction. Each and every crew did quality work, completed the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up completely every day. Trademark Contractors are definitely our go to contractors. They have done work for us for years, including remodeling a kitchen finishing a basement a roof repair that was very necessary and most recently converting one of our bathrooms into a handicap accessible bathroom. The Crews are extremely kind and extremely Knowledgeable in their craft. Rob Michael Vance are all incredibly professional highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with Trademark Contractors. We had a tree fall on our house during a snow storm and my insurance company arranged for Trademark Contractors to do the job. They repaired everything that they said they would, their repair work looks great. Jason was great to work with and kept me informed. Wilda walked me through every part of the process. The workers they sent out did such great work. Will definitely be reaching out to them for future jobs. Highly recommend.

My account representative for Trademark was SabynRoofing Sommer. She was professional from beginning to end!
She actually got on my roof and photographed the hail damage.
THEN she helped the adjuster determine my roof was totaled.
She even put on temporary patches till we got an appraisal.
My damage was $51,000. SabynRoofing got me a new roof and gutters and insurance paid it all.
Construction was two days and it was professional. Very goo job of cleanup?

Trademark Contractors completed a renovation on 2 bathrooms in my house recently. I was extremely impressed with the tile installation and professionalism of the installation crew. The crew showed up on time and completed the job on budget. Speak with Vance at Trademark for interior renovations. Would highly recommend.

Trademark repaired my roof and vent boot. Now 2 years later I'm getting a roof leak in the same area and Trademark claims they only warranty their work for one year. The current estimates to repair again is over $2400. Home owners beware.

Inquired about repairing some eroding concrete on the side of my home and also the patio area. A couple of guys came out on the day they told me they were going to come out, inspected the areas that needed repair, and provided an estimate on the following day. I thought the estimate was fair but decided to try to repair it myself to save some money. Great experience though.

I recently used TC for a home renovation due to a large insurance loss. Good group to work with. I'm not going to say everything was as easy or fast as we would have liked and we certainly experienced a few hiccups during the job. However, I think it is normal to have some setbacks with a job as large in scope as mine plus there were issues out of everyone's control like insurance delays, supply chain issues, and labor challenges. Despite this, the communcation from TC was top notch, they always kept me informed and up to date, even when it wasn't the best news to share. In the end, the job was done to my satisfaction and everything was resolved like we wanted. Special shout out to our project manager Mike H for helping us out and dealing with my many stressed out phone calls while our home was being gutted and then put back together. We really appreciate it and the finished project looks great.Thanks, guys.
