This company sucks at times. Asked for a break on shipping, refused. Shipping amounts vary, pay for 2day shipping. Arrives a week later. Ask for shipping reimbursement, they say no. The CEO is never around to consult. Don't do business with them.....jjp

Me and my friend Rudy have bought alot of stuff from trainz and have enjoyed the stuff we bought back asking trainz to sell stuff for us unless you have thousands of dollars of stuff is unheard of we don't ask for us to sell alot but once in awhile it would be nice if we just had an engine to sell would be nice to make an exception

Extremely pleased with the USA Trains product. High quality and durable. Arrived as advertised, undamaged and timely. Appreciate the "paper" packing material vs using plastic or bubbles. Felt price was more reasonable as compared to your attempt to sell it on Ebay!

Trainz has always done right by me. I have ordered O scale steam engines, passenger cars and freight cars. All at different times. Even though the equipment is used it always runs well. In their writings about the products they accurately describe the product.

I love this company and it is where I frequently get rolling stock from, but I had an issue with one of my tanker cars. Whenever I opened the box containing my tanker car, it had the wrong logo being a Santa Fe tanker car when I ordered a Union Pacific tanker car.
