My rental service yesterday (7/21/24) was HORRIBLE!!! It made me want to SCREAM TO THE TOP OF MY LUNGS!!!!!! I was late for my event because of the service, misinformation and runaround I received from U-haul team members. UGGH!!!

Awesome store and employees. Wajid checked us in and went beyond to help me get documentation squared away. Talara hooked our trailer to the truck and was incredibly familiar with the equipment. She did everything perfectly. Very pleased with our experience!

The unit was not in the location I was advised. They had to take me to the back of the location to get the truck. According to the documentation, the truck should have had a fuel tank that was half full. Additionally, the warning for left RR tire low air pressure, add air to tire. I was told it's a sensor and not to worry about it. When I got to the unit the the low fuel light was on. I advised the general manager and she said she would send a link to me so I could send a picture of the fuel status. I had to get fuel so I could complete my tasks. I took a photo of the before fueling and after fueling and returning the truck. The link to upload the photographs had expired and I was not notified that the links had a time frame to be utilized. When I received my receipt after returning the truck I was surprised to see a charge for fuel and the service charge. I had to return to the location and explained the situation to the "owner" according to her name tag. She said she would have to get in contact with the General Manager. I said as the owner she should be able to fix the issue right then. She decided she didn't want to talk to me and had another "owner" help me. I explained the situation to him and he issued a refund immediately. The GM was very helpful as was the second owner. The initial owner copped an attitude which was not very helpful for a customer facing position.

Honestly, with how this location handled concerns and problems my family and I encountered over the past 10 months, I never want to see a U-Haul again.
We were clearing out today and not a single U-Haul employee was able or willing to help

I always have issues with this location. Either they try to sneak in extra charges, don’t answer the phones, or are just rude when you come to pick up the truck. I was hoping that because they hired young adults to work there instead of the teenagers that it would be a little better, but they act almost the same way and it is hard to get ahold of a manager. It makes sense now why there is another location down the street with better service, but sadly the newer location has less trucks available usually otherwise I’d go to them instead.

Even though I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick up the truck, the staff there was friendly and very professional. Takara ( I hope I spelled her name right) and the other young lady with her this morning was very polite. I highly recommend this U-Haul.

Update. I have now tried 3 times. I booked 2 months in advance and called the day before to ensure that would be ready to go so i didnt waste time driving there. They didnt even have the part in stock. So after 2 months advance notice, they couldnt be bothered to have it in stock! Good thing i called because i would have wasted my time driving there so they didnt bother to let me know. Garbage.
Prior review: This is the 2nd time I've tried to have a hitch installed at uhaul. Last time, they didn't have the part. This time, there was no one there to install the hitch. I don't understand. It's like they don't want my money or something

We've been using this place for moving a couple times now and all were a pleasant experience! The staff there are all super friendly! The overall process is smooth as it can be. Will definitely be using this place again if there's a future move.

If their customer service is anything like their in-person service, I'd steer clear. I called 15 minutes before they closed to ask a 15 second question regarding their policy for commercial storage accounts and they left me on hold until they closed and I assume locked the door with the hold button blinking. Hilariously depressing - I feel bad for the owner of the business.
Went with a local Midgard solution instead since they kept me on long enough for every UHaul location to close. Worked it out in less than 135 seconds too.

The night drop is where it's at you don't have to make a certain time to return the vehicle U-Haul has got it together other than the price is outrageous

I had to use open trailer for few weeks, the lady's were very helpful and the guys too. They have lots of trucks and etc. Place is busy and never had any issues. The best uhaul place around hands down. Very pleased with service here
