This is the best service I've had with my hair care! Taylor is my stylist for about a year and a half and her service is excellent, she has the sweetest personality and knows her craft very well. 100/10 I will always come back to her, your hair is in good hands. Her assistant Nathalia (sp?) was also very nice & diligent in her craft. The entire staff is friendly and great with their customers. Give them a try, you'll absolutely be a repeat customer!

Had my hair fixed by Taylor after my hair was previously not to my liking. Taylor and her assistant Natalia did an AMAZING job on my hair. I hope someone sees this and gives her what she deserves! Thank you Taylor!

Terrible experience.
First, no assistance to help direct me to a specific item. Then, once I found it, locating an employee with a key to unlock said item is a side quest. Of course, due to hoodlums and scallywags, the employee must walk the item all the way to the register and instead of just checking me out…
I was forced to wait in line for ten minutes behind ONE person so she and the cashier could continue to “shop”, while multiple employees came behind the counter to chat and do various “tasks”.
If the item wasn’t for someone, I would have walked out and let it remain behind the counter.
I’ll stick to on-line purchases. No wonder Amazon and e-commerce is smashing these brick and mortar stores.

Today was my birthday and I received $150 worth of gift cards for Ulta. Several employees asked me if I needed any help but this one employee named Adriana was so sweet and took me around the whole entire store until I filled $150. I told her what I was looking for she brought me right to it and show me different brands and just really spent the time. I love this location and I love the employees here.

I have always had excellent advice and experiences at this store, especially with a very knowledgeable Tasha. The salon is the icing on the cake.. The experience is much more akin to a high end (expensive) salon. I recently changed stylists and am already crazy about Chloe. She is very thorough and fun to talk to. I highly recommend this store and salon.

I came here to get my shade matched and left very satisfied. Emme was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about various makeup products. Customer service was 10/10.

I got my eyebrows done from Benefits and it was the worse thing ever. I called them to complain and the manager stated that they was done correctly and they can not offer a refund. I wish I could add pictures

I went in to the salon to get my haircut and had a 10/10 experience with Chloe. She actually listened and gave suggestions when I couldn’t express what I was looking for and my haircut looks great!! She made me feel very at ease and kept the conversation flowing the entire time. Will definitely come back.

i was visiting from out of town (i'm originally from california!) and realized i had left my foundation back at home. went into the store and asked one of the specialists if she could color match me. her name was India and she was SO helpful. she color matched me, gave me options, showed me different products, but was extremely low pressure. i ended up getting new foundation from Fenty that i'm extremely satisfied with, primer, sponges, and more. thank you SO much for helping me out in a pinch. the service at this location truly is top notch!

Came in for my order pickup, but first was walking around the store was greeted and was asked if I needed any help which I didn’t. When waiting to pickup my order there was two employee behind the register one was on her phone and the other was helping a customer. Was never acknowledged and noticed that they were just conversing about the drinks that they just purchased at 72 brew while drinking their drinks behind the register. A manager also passed by me and never acknowledged me as well. Very said to see the type of customer service this store has.

The two ladies at the front checking out were laughing at my brother and I just because we didn't want to open up a credit card. If you're going to start talking down to someone like that then you don't need to be working as a cashier or in Ulta. Johns Creek Ulta are nicer and don't act entitled
