This location has given me excellent service.
I have used the āhold mailā for years and not had a problem. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Kinda had a terrible experience today, I rang the bell to have my packages scan, and it looks like there was a new worker there today and she grabbed them and through them in the bin, like I didnāt need her to do that otherwise I wouldāve just dropped it off myself, the whole purpose of why I rang the bell was to get it scanned right then and there, so I didnāt appreciate that new worker at all, other than that my experience has been fine until today and a few days ago, my package I drppped off hasnāt updated in the system, and the packages that I dropped off today hasnāt been scanned in yet

I've had my mail 3 times been delivered to wrong locations. Like what's the point of having the option front door if they're not going to follow the delivery instructions. Lazy post worker needs to be fired he doesn't do his job at all. Don't even leave a key for your locker to get your packages either. You have to sit and wait for this person the following day to get your mail. So sick of this crap.

I was having an issue with my deliveries, and Nick (the manager) was very kind and was able to help me out. Definitely would recommend talking to him if you are having any issues!

Zero Stars they are horrible would refuse to give me my mail that I paid for in my mailbox and scammed. They are bad at business and the employees are very rude do not come here.
