Poor customer service. Tried to get a eSIM set up on an existing phone and was brushed off stating there is nothing he could do. I asked if there was a way to contact support while I'm in the store and was told if I can't receive anything or don't have service on my phone they could not help me. Gave me the impression he was there only for the commission and did not care otherwise.

MacKenzie was very courteous from the start. He listened to my mom's problem with her phone and was quick and efficient in solving the problem. This was the best Verizon experience we've had in 17 years. Thank you, MacKenzie!

I left work early so i could go get the new IPhone 15 plus and get a plan too with Verizon but I walked in and nobody even acknowledged that I was there and there was 3 workers all with a customer but they couldn't have even said anything to me while 2 workers walked right in front of me twice without saying a single word. I stood there for 35 minutes and just walked out. Do not come here the workers are full of themselves and very rude. Its a shame they lost a good customer when all they needed to say is "Hey we'll be right with u".

I had the best experience at the Hamilton mill location with Jeff,Chandler,and voo. I was able to get my pro max without an issue they made sure I was beyond taken care of! Please come to this location they are the absolute best!
