First time, had to pick up parts, but didn't know exactly where their parts department was. One staff members politely directed me to another staff member, who personally walked me to the parts counter. He even pushed the buzzer and waited for a rep came out before leaving.
Please put up signs... though the staff provided EXCELLENT customer service, some time could have been saved, had there been signs.

Lola answered correctly all of the questions this previous 10yr XC90 owner had about the new 2024 XC90.
Denton, the sales manager, seems like a straight shooter and took some time to finalize our deal when Lola was out. Go Lovett Lions
Some of the financial details were not explained fully at signing, but the bottom line is all that matters, as Denton reminded me.
The 2024 XC90 is a great vehicle, I look forward to driving it as many years as I did my 2016 XC90

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Volvo Mall of Georgia. I know many people dread the car buying experience but it truly was one of the BEST days. David Windholz worked so hard from 10:30am till an hour past closing at 8pm to get me my car. He and the team exceeded expectations and showed what a car buying experience should be like. No pushiness, no "sales" pitch, genuinely listened to what I needed out of a vehicle and respected my budget. I live in Atlanta but will send anyone and everyone over to Volvo MOG to work with David and the team. Thank you as well to Antonio Medina, one of the NICEST guys. This dealership is a prime example of why people don't trust car dealerships. We went to look at a used vehicle that they had on their lot and ended up taking it for a test drive. As soon as we pulled out on the road my wife and I both noticed that it wasn't running right. It has a very noticeable engine skip when accelerating so much that you could see the rpm gauge bouncing. We drove it for about 2 miles and took it back to explain the issue. The sales person said she had drove the car for over 25 miles and never felt anything. She then brought out a guy who was supposed to be over their inventory who started trying to make up a bunch of nonsense. The guy had no idea what he was talking about. They tell me that they would have their mechanic look at it and get back to me. She texts me later and says that the car we drove was just trying to go into eco mode and basically that's just how they drive. That is completely false. The car had a very apparent misfire. I would highly advise avoiding this dealership. They were extremely shady in my experience.

David Windholz was a pleasure to work with and really took great care of us. My daughter ended up purchasing a vehicle from another brand, but can't that David enough for being so helpful and informative. Will definitely recommend friends in the market for a Volvo to your dealership.
