i wouldn’t be writing this review if it didn’t happen every time i came in here. me and my family are constantly being followed around and asked if we’re going to buy what we’re holding as if we’re planning to steal. today an employee snatched a dress from my youngest sisters hands and asked another employee to keep an eye on her and make sure she didn’t do anything.

Associates at this particular location, the only location I have visited, gave me the impression that not every customer is a potential valued customer. I rated two stars because I did find one person who simulated interest in assisting with a product query/purchase. Can you believe a Dillard's employee referred me to Von Maur. I exited thinking the Dillard's employee must have punk'd me. It was a long transit for someone using walking devices.
