Walgreens needs to hire “secret shoppers” asap and see how this pharmacy treats people! Unbelievable how RUDE they are. How do they get away with this when so many people have lodged complaints online?

My grandmother went into Walgreens and bought a bunch of things and got a seven dollar coupon on her receipt. She went back and bought more things so she could use a seven dollar coupon from the receipt and Karen wouldn't let her use it. She said that's for later. Well later is now how come at CVS I can use my coupon My extra care coupons right away but Walgreens Karen wouldn't let me. Karen needs to stick to knitting sweaters.

This pharmacy is truly the worst. The primary Pharmacist, or the lady who is in charge had the worst attitude when we went to the drive through the other week.. She proceeded to comment on my daughter's medical record and from the window we could see her speaking to another staff member, waving her hands angrily and it was clear they were discussing us (the current people they were attending). That is the 2nd time this lady has had the worst demeanor while we are always polite, friendly and have all our documentation ready. I don't know what her issue is. But we will not be returning to this pharmacy again. There are other walgreens nearby who have professional and kind staff. NEVER AGAIN will we be coming here. My daughter was very shaken up with the whole experience.

I love this walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacist is always so nice to me when I pick up my prescription. If I have any questions or need help she is always available to answer and never gets testy with me.

Absolute disaster. The place is a mess, the pricing is wrong on most items. If you make a purchasing decision, you're told "somebody must have moved it" when there's stock in the place where the tag is. Staff is indifferent and downright rude, like they're not even trying. If it's your last resort, use it, but avoid if at all possible.

The tall African American gentlemen that works at the pharmacy is anything but friendly. I recently took a prescription there and said, "I have a prescription for medicine that needs to be filled. He then snidely replied, That isn't a prescription, its just a piece of paper that states what medicine you need. " Who talks to customers like that? He seems like he really hates his job. i try to avoid the pharmacy when he is there.

The pharmacist is a polite and very friendly lady trying to do her job well to vaccinate against Covid, but the person who attends to the public and processes everything related to questionnaires and others has a very bad attitude, she is a rude person who does not know how to attend to people. People like these should be fired from the pharmacy since they give a bad impression to an establishment, the lack of professionalism by acting like we were a bother on an EMPTY WALGREENS, WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE WAITING FOR A VACCINE. Terrible person on the front desk, save your time and go somewhere else.

tested for covid 19. I waited for it to be sent by e-mail within 2 hours, but I did not receive an e-mail after 3 hours. When I called, the mail had not been sent 3 days ago due to a system problem, so I had to pick it up myself. You should let me know when you ask about it. terrible walgreen

Because of my insurance company I was forced to use Walgreens to pick up my prescription. I’ve always liked Walgreens, but this pharmacy has been so difficult to work with. The people that work there are nice, but they never have my prescriptions processed and ready to pick up when they’re due. I have gone to pick them up when they told me, and they still weren’t ready. It just seems like every month there is a problem with getting my prescription filled. Now we have a new insurance company and I’m glad to return to my previous pharmacy.

Almost anything you need medicinal, you can pretty much find it at Walgreens. Also, if you need to renew your passport, all Walgreens can take your passport photo for you for $15. You'll get 2 copies. You won't get them right away, but you will get them within an hour.

Horrendous experience at the pharmacy. My doctor sent a prescription here but they didn't have it on hand. They ordered it and said it would be ready after 5pm the next day. When I called after the given time they wouldn't pickup the phone. So I went in person, only to be informed that they had not ordered enough. It would be Monday evening before my medication would be ready. I asked if I could receive part now and pick the rest up on Monday. Prior pharmacies have had no problem doing this, but this place said I had to wait. I picked it up on Monday after waiting more than a week. On several other occasions I have experienced extremely slow service at this location and been unable to reach them by telephone.

I was on hold for 10 minutes three different times only to be disconnected eventually. When I finally did reach the pharmacist to ask if they had my medication in stock she said she couldn't tell me and when I asked why she said "because I don't have to".

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I always seem to have an issue with getting my prescriptions refilled. The bottle states that I have zero refills but when I called my doctor to confirm I should have three months left. When I called this location a very RUDE person jumped down my throughly to tell me that I just picked up my prescription. When I said yes sir, I know and proceeded to tell him that I'm concerned that I will have an issue next month he yelled at me that I have two months left. I then asked him about another prescription that was not ready when I picked it up and he yelled at me again telling me to call my doctor and that insurance will not cover it. When I called my doctor they told me that they did send in the pre authorization. This person in the pharmacy was rude, arrogant and was not listening to me. Medications exist for a reason and ensuring I have the right medication when I need them are important to me and should be important to this pharmacy. I am flabbergasted at the rudeness of this employee.

My only regret is that I can't give the store zero stars. We went to get our second Covid shot, having gone as walk in to another Walgreens for our first shot. Big mistake going to this Walgreens. There was absolutely no one in the store and the stupid, ridiculous girl at the pharmacy is telling us that we need a reservation. Did I mention there was absolutely no one else in the store? I'd recommend that you drive an extra 10 minutes and go to another Walgreens, or better yet, go to CVS.
