I came to the store looking for meds which I didn't find because the shelves were stocked poorly. The front of the store was a mess as well. A disabled customer was having some issues with the shelf checkout. I found a manager (bald head black guy) knelling on the floor stocking the shelfs. I asked him was there anyone assisting in the front? He didn't stop to acknowledge me. He said rudely "the self check up there is". What if I needed something from behind the counter? I replied, it is not. Do you want to come check it out? He still did not turn to look at me. He said to an employee "go up there to see what he needs" (condescendingly). It only takes a second to acknowledge a customer. This was poor management and service. No wonder this store looks like trash! The younger employee said "corporate wants us to use the self checkout". Im sure this is not what corporate had in mind.

Do not buy any phones from Walmart at all. First of all, the phones are refurbished. Which means that the likelihood of buying phone with a virus are high! Which is exactly what I purchased. A phone full of viruses. It was glitching left and right. So, I go up to this store here and spoke with one of the store managers, Patrick. Young guy. Very young guy. Explain to him my situation. He tells me to bring the phone in, box and receipt and they would do a swap. Now, the phone was an online to store purchase and so by the time I had the phone shipped and picked up and now voicing my frustrations with the phone more than a week had passed. It was roughly around 10 days. Patrick assured me that I had 90 days for any electronic device to return. So, given this info I trusted I had time on my side. With children, school, work and life maybe another week passed before I was able to get back in on a weekend to switch out this demon possessed phone. Asked for Patrick, since he was the mgr I previously dealt with on two prior occasion regarding the purchase of this phone (there was a mix up with my first purchase -- not the same network carrier). He clearly remembered me when I came back in the second time but this 3rd time he suddenly has amnesia when I asked him, "Remember our conversation about switching out this phone? You told me to bring everything in and I could swap out this phone. Here everything is." But now, his story was that I had only 14 days, but by now I was outside that window because of that oversight and there was NOTHING he could do for me. So, now I have a phone that is no good to me. Opened a Walmart account to purchase this phone and get a $25 credit towards the phone with approval. Even so, the phone ended up being crap and and so was their commitment to stand behind these refurbished products Walmart peddle. My only was of getting some retribution was to not pay the credit card bill which I am still fighting because I do not want this POC (piece of crap) iDumb phone they should have never had in their inventory to begin with. With the amount of money I 'used' to spend at Walmart I no longer spend there. Aldi's, Kroger's and Publix...these stores know what customer service is all about. Patrick, you should have just told me the truth from the get go so I could have had my problem resolved and you would have kept a very longtime and loyal customer. But you were wrong and were looking out for what? Numbers on EOM reports? Well, this stupid $125 phone ended up costing you more because I spent 5 times that amount every month in groceries and gas with you. Not anymore, Walmart/Patrick. Not anymore. Unfortunately this review is landing in Pharmacy because the actual store itself is not showing up in Yelp. So, it had to land here just to get my absolute frustration with this lying, cheating, thieving store off my overwhelmingly dissatisfied once upon a time customer heart.

Never had a problem here. Prescriptions always done quickly (way faster than cvs) and always right. These people are pleasant and kknowledgable so no more cvs for me.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I work at an animal clinic and we call in prescriptions all the time to this pharmacy. The tech from my clinic called in a prescription and forgot to leave the doctor's name. Things happen. The Pharmacist called back and was aggressively asking why my tech did not leave a doctors name and that she should know better. I apoligized for the inconvenience but he just got worse. He was rude through the whole time of telling him the Doctor's information. Then at the end of the phone call he stated that I needed to make a "checklist" for my staff so they wont forget next time. The staff at my office is VERY CAPABLE of doing their job. If he talks to me that way, I cant imagine how he talks to clients. I will NEVER suggest this pharmacy to ANY of our clients again.

I love this pharmacy! They're always very efficient and very helpful! And the pharmacist Kendell Dunbar is amazing, he always goes above and beyond to help the patients! ( not sure if I spelled his name right)
