I have called at least 10 times today to try and ask a question, and sat on the line for around ten minutes each time before it hung up the call on its own. Either their phones are broken, or the employees don't give a fuck about customers calling in.

Very Clean and Customer oriented Walmart. I had a pleasant experience and they were very helpful. A special thank you to the Manager for working things out for me in Customer service today. She was very knowledgeable and helpful she was young and very intelligent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The pickup experience was terrible! Waiting for over 30 minutes with no one answering the phone. I wish I had just gone grocery shopping myself instead of opting for pickup, it's so frustrating and doesn't make sense!

Normally, I like shopping at the Suwanee WalMart; however, my last 2 order online and curbside pickup orders were a skippy mess. The orders online went smoothly. The curbside pickup was 2 sets of 30-plus minute waits, and the new app update was not working properly. As usual, I checked in while on my way, and again after I arrived. The phone # listed in each parking space was not working, and calls to the main store just keep ringing. Finally, got out of my car to inquire with a passing associate how much longer the wait would be and/ or to just cancel my order. One associate said there was no check-in for me, and another associate who overheard the conversation asked my name and told me that he had my order to be brought to my car. Wal Mart needs to make sure there are enough associates available to handle the curbside pickup area, especially during peak pickup times.

Went thru self checkout , as usual. When exiting, I was stopped and asked to see my receipt. I said no thanks! Kept on going. Gentleman at door was like ok. If I'm going to do the job of an employee, then you don't get to question me.

I want to give well deserved recognition to Eric in the Automotive department.I had a flat and thought that I possibly needed new tires and he was honest to tell me my tires looked good and he was able to patch my flat.I respect honesty and integrity in the sales industry and because of Eric, he has earned my business for my car and the cars of my family members.In todays world, we need people like Eric!

I've been to Walmart three times in the last 3 days for the Auto center about an hour before they closed. Each time I got turned away and was told that they are about to close. They would have with the post it close either 6 or 7:00. And they close up the shop an hour early. If you plan on closing early the sign needs to be posted at the time you plan on cleaning up not an hour prior from posted signage it is bad for business. It's like you're lying to your customer. Y'all need to really stop posting times with closures times and closing shop early. You're also need to fix your online information. Just pulling up the store times for the auto center at 7:00 not 6:00, 7 days a week.

I visited on the late side because I was looking for a particular item. I realized last minute I needed it. I had to look over their international food section for some time because items were not in the correct places. Frankly, it was a mess. This is an ethnically diverse are and and the international food section was not at all up to par.As I was checking out the manager was yelling at two teenagers. A new low for this walmart.

Turner was exceptional! I had just shopped for all 3 of my kids for back to school when I realized Walmart doesn’t accept Apple Pay and that was all i had With me. I was at self checkout with a full cart and 3 children. Turner intercepted my stress and helped me download the Walmart app to add my card info. He patiently waited as i tried to check out with a scan system i had Never used before. He helped many other customers in between and kept coming back to offer assistance. He was efficient and kind and I really appreciated how he handled all the customers at self checkout on on a very busy day. He turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. Thank you, Turner!

Terrible. Did not vaccum my vehicle or check my tire pressure. Lied about the services. I had to go right back. These kids are just playing around. I will be contacting management tomorrow. None of these services offered were actually performed. My tire's pressure was still on and when I got my vehicle. They clearly did not check it. This place will get a lawsuit plating with people vehicle.
