Their stuff is always broken. ATM something is always not in service. I need a bank that is reliable. This is not it. Customer service lacks. And from previous scandals I would think they would improve. It has not.

What a hot mess! We were requesting specific documents pertaining to our Wells Fargo account and the person helping us didn't know how. That's okay, it happens, but the brand manager came to "help" but she just kept scolding the banker and at the end made the situation worse. It did seem like she was in a hurry to sit back down on her seat.. long story short with the "help" from the manager and another banker we still got the wrong documents. We went to the sugar hill location to get the right documents. (Everything had to be signed by the banker and account owner but nothing was signed at the Buford location). This is my 3rd time here and every time I visit I see completely new faces which should have been the red flag. My mistake. Anyway.. this review is a reminder for me to never go back to this sketchy location again for anything important. Don't even think about trying to get loans here!! The only thing this bank is good for is deposits and withdrawals.

The bank teller was very knowledgeable and helped me with my banking issues. Service was quick and prompt. I was in the bank in less than 30 minutes with a new debit card and more information on new services. Definitely love Wells Fargo!
