We had the best experience here today! The store was clean and organized. The employees were so very kind, and helpful! We’ve been here 5 years in a row with our now senior and will continue to come with our 8th grader! A huge thank you to Celeste and Nicole for making today memorable!

Love this location! Celes was such great help. I came in looking for clothes for vacation and she went over and beyond helping me, causing me to spend a few extra bucks but it was worth it! Her personality and fashionable knowledge really left an imprint on my shopping experience. And seeing how she was helping others with the same demeanor really touched my heart. THANK YOU CELES!!

I like this store and the clothes that they carry but I don’t like the customer service. The girls just talk to each other and ignore customers around, they couldnt sell me an item bc it didnt have a tag and on top of that the younger cashier left the magnet on a shirt i purchased which made me have to come back and did not even say a word to me or apologized for this inconvenience. Sorry but this is not how i want to be treated if im a valued customer of a store. Either train them correctly or just hire people that want to help others.

Based on the reviews, the staff here seem to be hit or miss. Today was a miss day. I went in to look at dresses for my elopement. The whole time I was there, the staff ignored customers so they could chat with each other. I couldn't get any help at all, so I left, which they didn't even seem to notice. I'm giving two stars, though, because they have some great dress options there. It's just unfortunate you have to deal with the staff.
