Great selection of parts both auto and armory with a helpful attentive staff. All at great prices. A jewel of southwestern Georgia. Take a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Incredible selection of guns. In SW GA, Barrows selection is 2nd only to Kevin's in Thomasville, GA. However, not many people get to see Kevin's whole gun collection because one must be invited up to the second story of Kevin's to see everything. I've never been invited up there. I think you have to either spend a lot of money at Kevin's or just be someone with substantial wealth to get invited up. Also, Kevin's caters more to white collar shoppers and Barrow's caters more to blue collar shoppers. Regardless, I doubt very seriously that I will ever buy a firearm from Barrow's or Kevin's. Both places make you feel like you walked into a Tiffany's jewelry store wearing worn out sweats and flip flops. Barrow Gun Shop is much worse than Kevin's though, because at least Kevin's staff pretends to be kind and hospitable; well, as long as you are wearing nice attire. If Barrow's staff doesn't know you, they just completely ignores you, and they do it in a very outwardly rude manner. No southern hospitality there... It's a bit infuriating to me. I did notice that Barrow's staff includes a large number of what looks like teenagers, or maybe people in their early to mid twenties. All of the younger staff were on their phones or chatting with each others. I looked at the pictures on Barrow's walls and it appears that the whole extended Barrow family works there. While at Barrows, I asked this really young looking male staff member if they had any MP-5's in stock. He never looked at me, just shook his head side-to-side and mumbled no. Then, immediately after braindead said no, another older gentleman pointed right to where their MP-5's were, and this older staff member also pointed out that they had an actual H&K MP-5 in stock (pretty cool, and somewhat rare). It blew my mind that braindead was so rude, and that he maybe didn't even know where to find one of the most popular assault weapons on the market in the gun shop where he works. Braindead was most likely a child, grandchild, nephew, etc. of Barrow's owner(s). All of the young staff at Barrows had that air about them that they were relatives of the owners and that they were allowed to be as rude as they wanted to be. I also noticed that Barrow's had a couple of Desert Eagles (.50 cal) pistols, and I fell in love with one of them. So, Barrow's lost well over $6,000 in sales to me that day. If my experience had not been so horrible, I would have purchased the H&K MP-5 and the aforementioned Desert Eagle (.50 cal). The reasons I give Barrow's 3 stars and not one star is because of the one staff member (a gentleman who's probably in his early or mid 30's) who was nice enough to provide me some information about the gun shop's inventory, and because of the large firearm inventory that Barrow's carries. That's it, thanks for reading and happy shooting!

Barrows is actually a hardware and automotive store but they have a huge gun shop nicely spaced in the same location. It is the only place we recommend for firearms. The Southern gentleman that owns the place, he's a super guy, and I believe is in his 90s.They have just about everything you need for hunting game, target shooting or just for protection. You would never know that this little hardware store in Butler Georgia would have such a wonderful gun and ammo supply. We love it and we always stop by going in that direction or just take a little trip to the store. Check it out.

I'm from out of state alternator I purchased at a Napa had gone bad. Should have been a warranty item. Had original box and receipt. But this Napa would not warranty because it wasn't purchased from their store. I guess maybe Napa shouldn't offer a warranty.

Very rude, I would not recommend doing business with them. I called to ask about a handgun. Handgun was around 2k. I asked if they had handgun or could get it and you would of thought I asked for the mans daughter. Would have looked at his other options but he didn’t give me the chance before hanging up the phone. The man needs to retire if he’s getting to old to help customer

What can I say. If you need to pick up parts to do a tune up on your car, or buy Browning Sporting shotgun, this is your best place to get them. They had the best selection of sporting guns I've found and was able to get my 20 gauge there when no one else had one. They are also a NAPA dealer. I guess this was a case where one thing just leads to another.

So many of my friends told me to visit Barrow's and they were right. The store is fully stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will be back soon and often.

Felt not welcomed, while everyone was getting tended to. I was standing waiting to be serviced like a customer but instead I was stared at with the worst look like a criminal.
