I have been super wary of storage places after some bad experiences from other places. I'm so glad I gave this place a shot if you need any help ask for Chris he was amazing, professional and was extremely patient with me while we were there if my husband and I ever have storage needs again we will be going back.

The storage is nice and clean, and the check-in process was a breeze. The young man that helped me was great, but now that I have a unit here, the customer service is AWFUL! You can never ever get anyone on the phone, voicemails are not returned, and my emails don’t get responded to. It started out as a good experience but it is steadily going downhill! Actually thinking about moving to another storage company.

Writing a review because I know I must have called the guy there 5 times with back to back questions and he was super helpful. When I finally came by to look at the storage he took his time and gave me some ideas. Will be going with this place.

After spending what felt like FOREVER googling storage unit places near me and reading reviews I finally decided to go with 41 North Self Storage. And I am SO glad that I did! Super helpful and friendly staff with great storage unit prices!

I used 41 storage for 2 yrs an was very pleased with reasonable price , cleanliness an most of all, friendly reliable help anytime I called or face to face conversations. Chris thank you for treating your customers right and alway having a great friendly attitude . I highly recommend 41 storage .
