The staff was pleasant and accommodating, the 4 rating is due to we had to call for updates on the ETA for installation of the fireplace. Still happy and satisfied.

Garage door spring failed and broke in half. I was able to call and speak to a rep. Luckily for me, the parts were in stock and crew was in my area that day. Repair was made that day. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend for garage door repairs and other home needs.
