“I live out of state and was coming to the area to visit my siblings. I had work done with Nick in the past, after I had trouble during a prior trip, and found him to be trustworthy. The guy I’d been using at home retired last year, and I haven’t found anyone else local that I really trust yet. So it has been a while since I’ve been in a position to get my car properly serviced. I called a couple weeks ahead of time and told him I had a long list of random things that needed addressed and a window of time I needed it done in, and we talked about the priorities. I would have been ecstatic if he had just managed to get to the couple major mechanical needs. But he knocked out my entire list (it was not a short list), plus caught 2 issues (with pictures) I didn’t know about, and did all of it within the time I had available. He did a fantastic job. Everything looks great. And I will likely go back to him again in the future.”

“Bucky was awesome and squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon. I originally had scheduled at Precision Collision Center and they quoted me over $1000 to fix my car. Then I called with the part and they said they had no tech available to do the job. I called Jeff Smith Collision and Bucky took me same day and fixed the part for 75.00. Highly recommended!! I will go back for them if I have any issues.”
“My wife and I took a car and dropped it off @ Precision Detailing . the car smelled like a over filled ashtray I mean it was aweful , but when we came to pick the car up there wasnt any smell and the inside and outside of the car looked like new. “This establishment are some stand up guys. We had a truck traveling down I75 today in GA. Driver ran over a blown tire and it cut his airline. The driver pulled over and assisted my driver in fixing the issue. Once done, he told the driver to have a good day and refused to charge us. I really appreciate you guys for your dedication to drivers and keeping us on the road!”

While I can tell anyone on this sight why they should go here, I can tell you about my experience at Riverside Ford in Macon that made me so Happy to return to Jeff Smith. Riverside Ford basically made me feel like a sale to me was not important by a salesman name Chase. This 15 year old looking kid did not even check my credit and basically told us that our business was not worth his time. What a joke! Chas needs to find a new proffesion, as I purchased 2 NEW VEHICLES after I left Riverside and to Jeff Smith. I will never step foot into another Ford Dealership other than Jeff Smith Ford going forward.”
