This place is horrible, my nails were uneven and breaking.. i went back for a repair and the guy was very rude , i ended up telling him off and leaving.. neverrrrr again and i see why it be so empty in that place ..

Had a great experience! Received service as soon as I walked in. The nail tech took her time to take care of me after a long day. Will be back again when I make it back to Byron.

I went there to get nails done. Right from the door he ask to see my nails. He said they too long I can't do long nails. Just left no words.

Absolutely will not be back. I’m never the type to leave bad reviews… but this was an awful experience. We felt rushed immediately, mind you they were NOT busy at all… Acrylic piled up & left underneath mine & my stepdaughters nails, all over our fingers, cut 2 of my fingers then proceeded to pour alcohol across it, several completely crooked nails and the ones that are straight have lumps from the polish EVERYwhere, and they 1000% were not going to even attempt to fix them until we both finally spoke up. Sucks to pay to get yourself pampered, then leave unhappy & feeling worse than when you came in. Terrible terrible experience. Save your money & go elsewhere.

This place is a rip off a $100 for 2 regular pedicures is ridiculous $15 for gel polish, that's why there always asking if you want gel polish. I'll never come back here.

Horrible ! It has been years since I’ve been there cause of the terrible service while I tried to give it another chance and still horrible . I got SNS and the lady didn’t do a good job whatsoever. Nails was cracking everywhere went back for them to fix it and they are still cracking and breaking . Will never go back again!

Horrible. They did my nails sloppy and all I got was Gel polish on both hands and feet. My toe was cut in the process, and they charged way more than it was worth. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK.
