I took my Ram to get a gooseneck hitch installed. The quote was good and the final price was great! I dropped my truck off just after 8 am and I think they called about 11 am to tell me it was done. I am very pleased with the work they did!

Took my 2019 F150 to the dealer for some weird suspension issues and was quoted $2,800 for new lower control arms (both sides). Byron Tire Pros knocked it out for less than half! Staff was kind and professional, and they got me fixed up super quick.
I will 100% use Byron Tire Pros in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Was spending night in byron on way home from FL and had a flat stopped in next morning, and less than an hour on my way price was less than I expected. Jeep was packed they even unloaded back and put doughnut back in compartment and reloaded car

Called Tuesday 26 Mar 24 to get a 4 wheel alignment at 8 am on Friday 29 Mar 24.
Showed up, guys told me what my coilovers install did suspension wise and what it could possibly do as far as improving the alignment. This was appreciated as they told me what could be done and what couldn't. For those without mechanical knowledge the way they handle explaining service/repairs is excellent (from a interaction I heard from the nice woman to another woman about her heater/ac issue), for those with they kept it brief and to the point which I appreciated.
The place was recommended by fellow Air Force vets/ guys still in as a reputable place to take it for service for things a mechanic doesn't want to do/doesn't have the equipment needed.
Got the car back there and back to me in 45 minutes when it was busy. They did accidentally hit the curb with my challenger and damaged a new front airdam I installed literally 5 days prior, but the counter guy offered to do it for free. Couldn't let them do that over a minor cosmetic damage issue I can fix with an Emory cloth. Was frustrated that I just installed it. Met me halfway and gave a discount on the 4 wheel alignment, and wouldn't let me leave without that.
In the case that an accident happens here they will honor it and try to solve the situation and make it right.
First experience was good, and I will return despite the minor woops on the curb.

Normally I would rank this as a 4 star, but the way they wanted to make it right made it a 5 star.

Severely disappointed with the service here. They Allowed my teenage daughter to drive away with 16 psi after replacing her other front tire. I asked for all tires to be serviced. Front desk wasn’t great service either. I was helped by a customer.
