We highly recommend Haley Pryor. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She didn't make us feel pressured and even stayed late on her own time to make sure we were taken care of. It's rare to find a salesperson who authentically cares about people , not just making a sale. Ask for her personally if you are interested in RV shopping.

We had our pre-season work done with them. Roof inspection, AC clean and service, wheel bearings, and we needed work done to the propane water heater. We couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly service and quality work. Well done!

Let me start off by saying, I never expected to make a camper purchase from a large corporation like Campers Inn RV. I’ve heard horror stories and had 0 expectations to find a camper here, in my price range, or to receive the kind of customer service that I am so grateful for. From start to finish, the employees at Campers Inn have been absolutely fantastic. Our salesman, David, was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. I bought a 2015 Coachman Apex that was in great shape, with minimal things to be fixed, and David made sure everything was taken care of before pick-up day. The manager (John) truly cares about his people and customers. Although the camper is sold “as is,” he reassured us that it’s sold “as is working,” making me feel more confident in purchasing a camper that is 10 years old. Lastly, the service techs (Jesse and Charity) along with the service manager (Bryan) were exceptional. They definitely don’t make them like Jesse anymore, this man deserves a raise and all the praise! On the day of pick-up, we had some electrical issues after driving about 30 minutes away. It was 40° outside and almost 5:00, and Jesse came to our rescue, getting underneath the camper and fixing anything that could have been causing the issue. I am so grateful for this team, and I would definitely recommend Campers Inn of Byron to anyone in search of an RV or camper. They will work with you in any way they can to keep the customer happy and make you feel confident in your purchase. Honesty, integrity, and hard work goes a long way, and I respect this place of business due to their phenomenal staff that displays these characteristics. I couldn’t be happier with my experience or my purchase.

So far, we have had a great experience with the entire team at Campers Inn, byron Ga. We took our Forest River Wildwood in to them for some warranty repair work. They did that and didn’t try to ‘trick’ us into more work. That says a lot. Also, been in talks with Heather in sales about potential trades and other things. Definitely a great team!!!

Customer service was wonderful until camper was delivered. They are supposed to send a technician out to install solar inverter. I've been waiting over a week, still no update on when he's coming. Now no one wants to talk to me.

Wonderful place from start to finish! Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially Heather McLoon ( the sales person) Heather went above and beyond to help us find the perfect camper and was available to answer all our many questions without trying to rush us or the process. Heather was also very knowledgeable with campers and once you meet her you will know that she loves what she does and also loves the rest of the people that she works with! If we ever buy another camper then Campers Inn RV is the place we will return to and Heather is definitely the salesperson we will seek out!

My experience with campers inn as surpassed all expectations of quality sales and service . Purchased a new camper in February had an issue with my ac and the service dept in byron jumped right on it and got it replaced. Wonderful people to work with .
