I would give NO STARS if I could. My husband and I bought a 2024 Forest River Salem Grand Villa 44 view in July of this year at the Camping World in Byron. We had an amazing salesman, Steven, who was incredible help from start to current. He listened to us as we had just come there after a bad encounter at another dealership so he made sure we had a different experience. We decided on this camper which cost a GOOD chunk of change (we also put $9k down towards that fyi) but it feels like because we didn't spend more, we're not important. We had the camper delivered and immediately the problems began. That day, we realized the fireplace in the living room did not work on our brand new unit. THE NEXT DAY, we went to extend the awning and the arm completely snapped, the bathroom door hinge pulled out of the ceiling again, BRAND NEW UNIT. I immediately called Steven at Camping World and told him about the issues we were already experiencing and he jumped into action. The awning broke July 23rd and they finally sent out a 3rd party company to repair the arm so that they could at least get the awning back in on the 26th. The repair man came back out on the 30th and replaced the arm and fixed the door but did not look at the fireplace because "it was not on the ticket". He told us he would be putting us in for a new awning since the fabric was stretched and warped and that Camping World would be in touch. The next few months have been complete crap as it has been constant circles between service, parts, and everyone in between. FINALLY on November 13th, I was told that the same maintenance company would be reaching out to come that afternoon or that Friday to look at the fireplace after I refused their request for ME to removed the fireplace myself and send them the picture of the manufacturer's sticker so they could send it to the manufacturer for replacement (mind you, we don't know if it's broken or just installed incorrectly because no one has even looked at it at this point). Surprise surprise... I never got a call. On the 18th I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes, finally hung up and emailed with no response. After one of the A.C. units repeatedly failing for the last two days, my husband and I decided to go up there yesterday to figure out why we are unable to get resolutions being that this all should be covered under not only the manufacture warranty but also the extended warranty we purchased as well. We were greeted by Steven who was horrified to hear of all the issues we were STILL dealing with. He proceeded to try to figure out where to start and in that process we told him we were considering doing a trade in on this cursed camper just to try to start fresh with no issues since they have been one after another since Day 1. He was happy to accommodate us and ended up giving me a call today letting me know that the unofficial offer for trade in value that he was given when asked would be ALMOST HALF OF WHAT WE PAID FOR IT JUST OVER 90 DAYS AGO.... This was bad news for Camping World because I am more than happy to share this info with any and every person who will listen that is considering using Camping World because they have been nothing but a SCAM SCAM SCAM..... Unless a miracle happens and things are rectified, DO NOT USE CAMPING WORLD. These big corporate companies do not care about you after the sale is made, maybe because we didn't spend enough money but we are just a young family trying to enjoy our camper... I'm sorry we didn't have more money to spend but that shouldn't make a difference in how serious you take your customer service. I will gladly update my review if things change but I urge anyone to steer clear of going to this dealership. Steven was and continues to be a great salesman and customer advocate and deserves a raise or better yet a job at a better company where he is appreciated because if it wasn't for him, I would be camping in the parking lot just to let these people know that I won't give up on them BEING HELD ACCOUNTA

Gray was a very good listener and made sure that we had the opportunity to see what was in our budget. We really appreciate the time and effort that Gray took to meet our goals.

I was stressed looking for a repair time my RV A/C, and was very impressed with the service and ameneties.amenities. Especially Marie Lyle, the service advisor, who helped diagnose the possible issue and get some support directly from Roadtrek. I was able to resume my trip after my unplaned diversion.

Luke Bone is super friendly, and you can quickly tell that he values honesty. Not a high-pressure person at all. Very much interested in showing us what we wanted to see and offering some opinions. We felt very much at ease with Luke and Devin today. We plan to make our purchase decision soon, and we plan to give our business to Luke at the appropriate time, for sure.

Would like to give a thumbs up, 5 star to Luke for all he did in helping me and the wife find a camper. very knowledable, patient, and willing to go out his way to show several campers and help break down the buying and showing process, answered any questions we had and was just great to deal with, definitely recommend him to deal with for anyone that's looking for an rv or camper!

I really hate writing reviews like this as I like to believe that everyone does their best, but in this case that was not true. We had an accident on our way home from TN with our travel trailer. The axel got bent in Atlanta and we limped to Camping World in Byron where we thought we were in good hands. This was far from the truth unfortunately. 2 months after dropping it off they still had not been able to determine what axel to order. Our insurance even paid them and they cashed the check but did nothing for our trailer in the meantime. Many calls were made to the store as we live in FL and did not have the capability of just going there. Most calls were ignored or answered and we were promised calls back with answers, but that never came. I ended up calling corporate and finally was given the explanation that they didn't know what axel to order as the website showed 2 different types. Isn't this a travel trailer and camping specialty store? How do they not know the trailers they are working with? Why wasn't management involved until I ended up calling corporate 2 months later? I have so many questions. This was our first and last time in a camping world. We ended up paying to have our trailer shipped back to us in FL still broken so that we can fix it here. 2 months later and nothing done....Do better!

At 6:35 pm and just as I got set up for a few hours sleep an employee driving a white BMW with a loud exhaust decided to not only circle the parking lot revving his engine,he literally pulled on the side of me and began revving his engine some more. I packed up and left. Do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this location. Thanks Good Sam.

Scheduled an appointment to look at a keystone hideout camper. Checked before I left that it was available, they told me yes, 3 units were in stock. Cool. Drive 1.5 hours to look at it. Turns out they only had one camper and sold it already. Never told me it was gone until we're riding up to look a completely different camper. Told me it would be too expensive to have the camper model I was looking for brought over from another store. Asked for the numbers on the coleman and the amount of fees was insane. $995 for orientation to show me how to use the camper i just paid thousands for? Very disappointing.

Big surprise when they actually had the lightbulb for the fridge I needed so I bought two just in case. Of course at $22 for two bullet style lightbulbs, not LED, I was expecting these bulbs to do more than just light up.

So awhile back I bought a campsite reserve from camping world and had an awesome experience, but after awhile I realized that I needed something with a little more space. So today I had an appointment with Danielle. She was awesome had my eyes set on a Salem and she made it happen! Also Zach in financing was able to give me a fair amount on my trade in and was able to get me approved around a reasonable amount! Glad to do business with them and I’ll will continue to use them in the future!

We stopped in with great concerns about our RV swaying, this was something new. Marie and a tech came out the check around, Marie called out Brandon a service tech and he soon offered a solution that made sense. I made the adjustments and we had a smooth ride to central Florida.
I can't thank Marie and Brandon enough for their time, kindness and knowledge.
Thank you so much!
