This gas station is a standout in the area! The staff is always friendly and helpful, the pumps are well-maintained, and their prices are competitive. Plus, the convenience store has a great selection of snacks and drinks, making it a great stop for a quick bite on the go

I recently stopped at this ExxonMobil station, and while the customer service was excellent, the overall experience left room for improvement. The cashier was friendly and attentive, greeting me with a smile and handling my transaction quickly and efficiently. It’s always nice to encounter staff who make an effort to provide good service, and this employee definitely did.
However, the condition of the gas pumps and the store itself were disappointing. The pumps seemed old and worn out, with some buttons barely functioning and screens that were hard to read. For a brand as prominent as ExxonMobil, I expected better-maintained equipment.
Inside, the store looked like it hadn’t been updated in years. The layout felt cluttered, and the décor seemed outdated, giving the place a run-down appearance. While everything I needed was available, the atmosphere wasn’t very inviting.
This location has great potential with its convenient spot and solid customer service. A makeover for the store and upgrades to the gas pumps would go a long way in improving the experience for customers. I hope the management considers making these changes to keep up with the standards customers expect from ExxonMobil.

The staff here were very welcoming during our evacuation from Milton. Very accommodating and the subway next door is a good addition as well.

The bathrooms here are disgusting. The ironic thing is they have a neon sign over the entrance to them that reads “Clean Restrooms”. Are they blind??? Does Exxon set ANY cleanliness standards for their franchises?

We stopped for gas and the restrooms. This is the nastiest restroom I have ever utilized in my life. It smelled of old maxi pads and urine. It looked like a crime scene with copious amounts of blood dripping down the middle stall’s urinal. The only stall without feces and blood was still dirty. There was a tampon string on the floor and a kitchen-sized trash can overflowing with feminine products.
I sincerely hovered above the seat as if my life depended on it. I washed my hands and used an unsteadily attached roll of paper towels. It appeared it was held together with a spatula. I wish I was joking.
However, most of my issues with this location what is surprisingly not the bathroom. When I approach the clerk at the stand, I told him that the bathroom was nasty. He immediately started yelling at me that he’s clean that bathroom six times today and then if I were to go into the men’s restroom, it would be pristine. I have never had a clerk at a convenience store yell at me because the bathroom was dirty. I was just letting him know so that it could be fixed. Sidenote, there is no way that bathroom was cleaned even once today. Maybe the trash was taken out, but I doubt it since it was overflowing. Now, he may be overworked and understaffed but, you should never take that out on a customer of your business. The big overhaul here is customer service and hospitality at this location. I would avoid it and go to the Quiktrip or Circle K within a stones throw of this Exxon station.
Lastly, I checked with my husband when I came out to the car and he said the men’s restroom was just as nasty.

Disgusting disgusting disgusting.... All I can say! Bathrooms were covered in filth, walls and everything. Smelled like urine. I didn't even want to touch the door handles that's how gross this whole place is. Don't go!!!!!;;;

Absolutely disgusting! The bathrooms were horrible and not a place to take young kids in for a bathroom break! Some of the drinks had a white powder on them, which we did not trust to purchase after seeing the state of the entire place. We did purchase Subway before seeing the state of the Gas Station and would have eaten somewhere else. I would recommend going anywhere but here!
