“Recently moved with the military from Japan. After leaving Japan, who is known for fast, polite and near perfect service, we were hesitant to have to settle for the experiences we had in the states moving before. However, Caroll’s Moving staff was phenomenal. They were polite, efficient, and so careful with our belongings. Their processes made the move less stressful for my family and allowed us to get settled in quickly. I would encourage anyone in the area needed a moving company to spend your money here!”

“We were recently burned by another so called moving company and was really leery when we contacted U-Pack. But the only thing that we can honestly say is that we are sorry we did not contact them first. Their service was superb, from our first conversation with them until the pick up of the truck after we had unpacked it. They were outstanding with timeliness, customer service, pick up and delivery. And let's talk about cost savings and efficiency. Anything that we would say would be an understatement.”

“Kenneth and This UHAUL Location deserve a FIVE STARS PLUS RATING. My son and I needed to travel to SW GA for a round trip big deal storage clearing unit of my late Momma and booked a 15 footer through corporate with hope of a good choice. We were so pleased! This man was a true ethical businessman with great manners, we actually got great mileage on the truck and it was a smoothe ride and other than dodging deer through the late night return trip with a fully loaded UHAUL that we dreaded unloading, it was a great, successful adventure. Lindsey in corporate was very pleasant as well on the initial booking. We have done many moves with UHAUL over time, Kenneth is one of the nicest managers ever! We highly recommend this location! Thanks again, KENNETH and UHAUL for your excellent service!!! VICKI & DEREK ? ?????+”

“The agent at the Macon Apt office was excellent. However, many aspect of the rental (additional insurance, unlimited miles, additional driver) was not included at the office level. The system should allow the local agents the ability to identify additional items that were part of the online process.”
