I've been doing my own pest control for years. After moving into my new home, I came across a serious clover mite problem. I reached out to John with On Guard after being referred by a friend. Without hesitation, and knowing I do my own pest control, John walked me through step by step on what needed to be done. I implemented his suggestions, and it cleared up my issue. Not only did John go above and beyond for me as a non-customer, he won my business. Since then, I've trusted them with all my pest control and termite control. This company doesn't just care about a dollar, they care about the customer. On time, everytime, with a smile at every service. Highly recommend these guys. We fought ants for several years and lost. They had invaded every room in our house. John has been spraying our house for three or four years now and we haven’t had a single problem since. They are friendly and honest and I feel totally comfortable with them in my home.
