This place is horrible, extremely slow! Amy does really good work but they need some more workers! And then they talk about you in their language and think you don't know it! The customer service is not good at all. I will not be coming back! The used to be good but not anymore!

Very dissatisfied one of my toenails look like a kindergarten painted it, but I will say everyone was really sweet and have to go somewhere else now to get my toenails painted so I can at least wear sandals was very disappointed And will not be back

Edit:4/22/2025 Whatever you put on me is coming back to you 10x fold. RETURN TO SENDER!!! Very unprofessional. I didn’t get what I asked for. I wanted acrylic nails, Not this dip powder shit that I could’ve ordered off the internet and did my own nails. It’s only a few people working there that knows how to work with acrylic powder. I can see my tips through the dip powder. Don’t waste your money. I spent money and tipped.

This is the 5th I’ve been here. Every time I have waited 45 minutes to get taken care of. Don’t bother. It’s not worth it. They do t care if you have an appointment 😟

The service today has sealed the deal!!!! I WONT BE coming back!!! Marital problems between the owners resulted in poor customer service. Not even an apology.

I went to to place to get my nails done. A lady came in like 20 to 30 minutes after with no appointment she was another race.. they took her before me.. which was fine.. but tell me something not let me sit there looking like a dam fool.. I will not ever go back there and will not send anyone else there.

Just went here for the second time and my nails look stunning!! The shape is perfect and the color is everything! The place was clean and professional.

I love getting my nails done with Don and my pedicure with Lee❤️Diane is funny and loving with the customers and the rest of the crew is sweet! Been a customer now for a little over a year and loving this nail salon.

Would be nice if they would open in time! Two days in a row last week alone... Waited 30 minutes the 1st day then left.

The pedicure was good but the polish got messed up on the big toe after I walked out due to how the napkin was folded.I came back to get a soak off since I had to leave to make another appointment. I waited 57 mins and as far as I got was to sit at a station but no one actually did anything to my nails. Only after I got up and started walking out did they decide to pay attention to me. I guess since my service wasn't going to cost much I wasn't as high of a priority. This is the first and last time I will visit. I hate that I wasted my time.

Terrible experience! I arrived at 6:40 for an overlay. They close at 8pm. I asked what the wait time and was told 30 minutes. I was okay with that. They started soaking the polish off my nails. I sat there for a hour and a half before they started on my nails. There were quite a few employees present when I arrived but they left while I was sitting there soaking my nails. One person had two people working on her at one time. The only reason I didn’t leave is because of the way my nails looked because of the soaking. No apology for the ridiculously long wait. Will definitely not be back.

I’ve been 3 times for gel pedicures. The ladies are rough with the service. I said no to the constant upsell and either I was charged anyway or the pedicure was rushed and not done very well. The polish was super thick and the gel didn’t fully dry so they messed up. They talk so loud to each other it’s not relaxing at all. I won’t be back.
