“Walked in looking for a new aquarium set up. The gentleman that helped me was not only knowledgeable but very friendly and went the extra mile to help me understand the chemicals and when and how to use them, and suggested fish that would pair well with the shrimp I plan on using.”

“I was greeted quickly by a salesperson!
However, as a Roadie driver the process needs to be consistent. Every time I pickup a delivery it seems like the process is different, and different at other stores. Sign the paper, don't sign the paper, need you name don't need your name, go to the storage shed to get the items or wait in the store.
There needs to be a written policy for the employees to follow at the store and surrounding stores.
Other than that I enjoy going to Tractor Supply for purchases.”
