If I could leave 0 stars I would. After having my mother diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and having morphine called in to be filled, the tech was very rude and the pharmacist flat out said they would not fill it, while also being very rude towards us. The oncologist called the pharmacist and told them it was a valid prescription and needed to be filled. However, the pharmacist still refused to fill it, forcing us to switch to another pharmacy. Apparently Publix wants stage 4 pancreatic cancer patients to to just deal with pain as only they get to decide what is worthy of pain medication.

The lady that was working the drive thru on 12/15/24 around 5:30 and right before closing was very rude! She did not have a name tag but, she was an older lady with glasses. She was not friendly at all. She acted like she hated her job! Didn’t ask if you had questions or anything just rude! If I were management I’d definitely have a talk with her. The first time I pulled up I guess I didn’t tell her my information quick enough and she kinda threw her hand up asking for date of birth then she couldn’t hear me and asked me again and was very rude about it.

Never picked up a prescription when it wasn’t slow or 5 or six cars in front of me. Swapping to Kroger, this is ridiculous

This pharmacy is by far the best experience I've ever had!! After moving here from the Atlanta area, they have helped transfer my scripts and answer all my questions.The entire staff has been friendly, accommodating, and exceeded my expectations with timeliness.

Although Publix Grocery Store has always had a good reputation of kindness, it stops at this pharmacy. Several of the pharmacy employees have been very unfriendly. So much so, that I have been forced to take my business elsewhere. No greetings, no smiles, no kindness, no thank you, no connection, at all to the very customers that puts bread and butter on their tables. This is disgusting in the eyes of business. Managers teach your people!

Pharmacy Technician was not helpful AT ALL and rude when I was trying to explain how should I give her the secondary information. It was not pleasant at all and I will not be using Publix pharmacy again. This medicine is something my daughter needed. It seems to be the same technician that quite a few customers are having the same issue with. She needs to learn customer service 101. I was nothing but pleasant until she became rude. I was also told I could not use the Good RX card a long with the secondary insurance. Only one or the other. That contradicts what the technician told me over the phone the day before. I’ve never had a problem with any Publix until now. I asked for the RX # so that I could transfer to CVS but she would not give me that information.

This is the best pharmacy in Warner robins for me. I can get my rx and food in 1 stop.The employees know me sight and are always pleasantThey have even called me at home to warn me that a rx the doctor office sent in would cost me hundreds of dollars. Saved me a trip.

I will pay extra to gain and avoid certain things. If you spend too much at Publix, you're doing it wrong. Do your homework before you go. I enjoy shopping here. Quiet. Clean and a friendly team. Shout out to Cheryl, at self checkout, for being so warm and friendly. Thanks Publix! Continue to take my money please.

Went into this publix for a quick publix sub and ended up waiting for about 25 minutes. There was one guest in front of me & two employees. They were "arguing" back & forth which caused them to perform extremely slow. When we got on my sub OMG the associate was super sloppy, didn't change his gloves, didn't use a cutting glove etc. I mentioned how hard the bread was he replied "I mean it's publix".. What exactly does that mean?

On the day before Thanksgiving this Publix had one employee making sandwiches. this would have been fine, but he moved at a snails pace taking 10 minutes or more on one customer. This customer btw was wanting a hot chicken, then cut in front of me to get a sandwich. The employee should have never allowed that. this store needs to staff better and be prepared. the supervisor at the deli area was doing the best she could working all three stations. I will not go back to that Publix.

Erika, rudest person I ever encountered at any pharmacy ever! After this script is filled I will never be back. After reading the reviews, I see I’m not the only one who feels this way about her. Do better Publix and Erika. The world owes you nothing. It cost nothing to be kind. If you hate your job, don’t come to work.
