Im giving todays experience a 1 and this is why...So today I had 18 items in my cart register 6 had 3 people in line register 5 had no one...register 5 is 10 items or less...so I go to that register the cashier points to the sign I said what are you pointing at she said it's 10 items or less...I said you have no customers and the other lane is really full...on any other given day the cashiers tell me to come to this lane...so after hesitation she said just come on..rudely...I said ok to myself not today devil...but any ways I put all 18 items up on the belt she ringing everything up just nasty snatching and slamming...bagger person walks up so polite and kind great conversation really professional...cashier is finished ringing up my items so I'm standing there..she said I'm waiting on you...immediately my attitude kicked in so I SAID WHATS MY TOTAL!! Are you serious girl I headed straight to customer service spoke to a manager about my issue...Never have I had such TERRIBLE customer service at this place...but If I'm spending my hard earned money at your establishment I better receive good professional customer service...I could see if you were busy but your coworker was struggling and you just standing there waiting on somebody who may only have a loaf of bread...no consideration for the customers or her co worker...TERRIBLE

I ordered two chicken tender subs. One being the buffalo and the other being the hot honey. I placed the order at 1 pm to pick up at 2pm that way I could stop by on the way home from work. I got a call at 1:40 stating they were out of chicken tenders and it would be about 45 minutes. I said no problem and to call me when it was ready. It had been over an hour so I called the deli to see if they had made the chicken tenders and she said no it would be about 15 more minutes. I waited the 15 minutes and went up to the store only for the lady to tell me that they were still waiting on the tenders and it would be another 10 minutes. I shopped around in the store for about 20 minutes and went back up there and they still said it would be about 5 minutes. They finally got the chicken tenders then the lady told me they were out of the hot honey sauce?. Don’t tell people when things will be ready if you don’t know when it’ll be ready. I waited over 2 hours for 2 subs which is insane!!!! How long does it take to make some chicken tenders for real??

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at this store. Went to the deli for a sandwich on my lunch break. There was an employee working the counter. I think her name was Shawnee or Shawndra or something of that nature. She did nothing but mumble under her breath to the other employees about the decisions I was making about my sandwich order. I never said anything out of line, I was respectful. Replied yes ma'am or no ma'am to any questions regarding my sandwich and yet there she was still criticizing me for no reason at all other than she was potentially having a bad day. She even got aggravated at the order in which I had her put my toppings on. Will never return to this Publix because of the terrible service I received today.
