Should’ve known when the sales person took forever to give me the OTDP it was going to be nonsense. They were including a 3 month on the vehicle for an additional $1900 and I told them I didn’t want it. The manger said it couldn’t be taken off. I know the game and that’s not true. So the dealership was basically trying to make up for the discount they had on the vehicle buy charging me for the warranty. Would never do business with them. Too shady.

everything was good except, you advertise 90 and 120 days no payment and even when I asked the salesman several times for the promotion he never gave me an answer.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I purchased used car here. The car had known issues and the dealership agreed, in writing, to fix them. Several months later I’m still waiting for them to follow through. The car they sold me cannot be locked and they failed to tell me about it. They’ve since promised to order a new key, but it’s on back order. A replacement key is on back order? I’ve called multiple times and the only person who can help me is not there. At which point, they promise to call back but never do. Again, if you don’t want issues while buying a car, it’s in your best interest to take your business elsewhere.

Very disappointed. I talked to Michaela for about 3 days on buying a truck and my trade in. Sent pictures all of the info everything they asked for. I received my trade in appraisal and thought it wasn’t horrible but not the best but i decided to make an appointment. Took off of work and drove 2 hours to see the truck. When I got there the appraisal came in at half of what they just offered me. Told me it was a different sales manager is why and they can’t do anything. Was a waste of time and money. Doesn’t seem like they have there stuff together.

One of the best experiences we have ever had at a dealership. Every person we worked with was professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. We felt they had our best interests in mind, and we walked away thankful for the great service and fair prices on our new vehicle and trade-in. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car or needing service from a dealership. They are excellent to work with and made our car buying experience stress free and fun.
